Working out of Regus in Woodland Center I was looking for a nice lunch spot that was fast, casual, convenient and priced right. Take a Break Café rings all the bells!Today was my first visit and certainly will not be my last. What I can say is you get fresh, tasty and well prepared food quickly. My chicken Caesar wrap was generous and very enjoyable. For $7.15 - all in, it included drink as well.Gourmet - no. Real nice place for a quick delicious lunch with friendly service - heck yes.

I work in the same business complex as this cafe so it's very convenient to come here on some days for breakfast and lunch. They offer a wide variety of Cuban food in addition to typical deli food. The staff is always very friendly and remember their repeat customers! I always get the oatmeal for breakfast which is probably the best oatmeal I've ever eaten. Get it with cinnamon sugar and WOW!! You get a big serving for a little over $2. Pricing here is typically very reasonable. For lunch my 2 go to things are their Cuban sandwich which is huge! Comes with chips or fries for about $5. Then the chicken Caesar salad is so good. The flavor on the chicken is good and what gives the salad a plus! They have seating available and do take call ahead orders. I wish they offered more soup options and that the Cuban toast wasn't so buttered and soggy.

This little cafe is a gem, tucked away in a sea of office buildings. Look for it look for it....there it is!!!Don't judge this place by the hidden location, it's great. The food menu was just right. It's filled with breakfast and lunch items such as bagels, French toast, breakfast sandwiches, burgers, club sandwiches, cubans, soups....etc. The pricing was throwback at least a decade. Lunch sandwiches with chips ranging from $4.95-$6.25 including chips. I had the presses Cuban and it was great! The staff is nice and the place was clean. Wait time was 7 minutes for a pressed Cuban during lunch hour on a Friday!!!! That's fast folks. I'll be back!!!VIBE- 3.5TASTE- 4.5VALUE- 4.5SERVICE- 4.25WAIT TIME- 4.5CLEANLINESS- 4RETURNABILITY- 4.5Overall score- 4.25
