Tacos Las Californias

Hands down best tacos in Pinellas and Tampa. From Southern California, this is where you get amazing flavor, fresh food, and decent prices! Service is fast and friendly. I drive 30 minutes each way just for this place every week. It's a must have living in Tampa!

Always is good day for tacos and this place is one of the best to eat them for me. Tacos de Birria o m g !!!!!! love them A LOT. It doesn't matter if they're busy, they always give the best attention to the costumers (my opinion). Their aguas frescas are so delicious and refreshing, my favorite is tamarindo. I've been in 2 different places, this one in Memorial Ave and Armenia Ave and I prefer this. But the food is good in both. Week days? Weekends? Always a good plan :)

This is one of the original spots for quesabirria in Tampa. You can't help but to go visit them. They got 2 locations for now. One in Armenia Ave. The other one in Memorial Hwy.

a really yummy surprise while visiting Tampa! this place is the OG's of Birria! Don't expect fancy or health food, but greasy, delightfully tasty comfort food all made to order in house. plus, the Aguas Frescas are LEGIT. seriously, If you've never had Birria tacos before, then do yourself a favor and make this place you try yourself. will definitely come again next time I'm in Tampa!

Birria Taco Heaven!Inside this retrofitted Circle K is a delightful Birria Taco Masterpiece. The staff is delightful and you can tell they love what they do. The portions are as generous as the flavors. So glad we found this spot and you will be too!

Pretty good Mexican food made by Cubans. Not even close to CA or TX but I guess the best we can get here in Tampa. They're not doing tamales for Christmas, so...not Mexican, ha. But very good for the locals who have never had real Mexican.

I'm not sure yet if I'm addicted to this restaurant for the quesabirrias or the cute decor & service, but I do know when you mix it all together you'll find yourself with a repeat customer, like me. I love how quick the turn around time is from the time you place your order to the time you receive it. It's made fresh and you won't break the bank for a bite. I could eat quesabirrias every day!

Traveled here from Land O Lakes on a recommendation. I ordered burritos, quesobirria tacos, a torta and pineapple agua fresco. I wanted to try a bit of everything. OMG. Best. Birria. Tacos. Ever. Comes with limes and consomme. Burritos are huge and bread on torta was spongy and soaked up tasty juices. It was a bit of a hike to get there, but I would stop again if in the area. Perfect recommendation. Absolutely phenomonal food. A++++++

Great service & food!! Our first time &very Unique-not California/Tex/Mex per se but so good! Birria tacos the best stop by if in Tampa-you won't regret it..Aqua fresco are amazing

The food is always top notch ! The service is great and employees are very friendly. Location has had some upgrades which made it more comfortable to be inside. Would suggest outdoor areas but not sure if possible but doesn't change my opinion on them.
