Sweetie’s Fire Mouth Mama Grill

We came upon the Sweetie's BBQ food truck in Bexley and wow, so glad we did!! I got the sausage dinner and my husband got the pulled chicken dinner! Both were mouth watering! They had run out of macaroni and cheese and chocolate bacon, but the cole slaw and baked beans were perfect! My husband thought the Cole slaw was a little too tangy for him, but I loved it! The owners were super friendly! I would definitely visit this food truck again!!

This food truck came to my apartment complex. The food was absolutely delicious. I was going to cook dinner, but the smell stopped me in my tracks. On my way upstairs. I just couldn't turn it down. The menu is pretty straightforward very diverse, but not too much to choose from to where it's overwhelming. I ordered one of everything some of the ribs, beans, mac & cheese, and the chocolate bacon. My husband tried to eat my plate even though I bought him one of his own 10 out of 10 must try.

I took 3 bites of the sausage and one bite of the cole slow and Mac and and man the food is bussdown. I'm not even the biggest fan of bbq but this might have changed my mind right here!

I'm from North Carolina, so I am very picky about my grilled food and BBQ. That said, their food is amazing! We ordered the half chicken, Uncle John Sausage and the chocolate covered bacon. The chicken was juicy, even the breast, the sausage was very good, and the chocolate covered bacon was oddly satisfying as well, I guess because it's sweet and salty. Their BBQ sauce is good as well. You don't really need it for the chicken since the chicken is very juicy, but it definitely doesn't hurt to eat it with it. I definitely recommend trying the food here. I haven't tried the pulled pork, I'm nervous about that being from NC, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's as good as the rest of their food.

They came to my apartment complex on 10/21/2020 and I ordered the pork sandwich meal and sausage. My son, who is a picky eater, came to me and said their meal was delicious. And I'm always the one that has to ask him "how's the food"! We will definitely be returning to them when they return to our complex. Food is great! Thank you!

Best BBQ in the area! Brisket was fantastic. Memphis couple who are now in the area--it's legit.
