Sweet Krunch

I came in on a Monday during lunch. Chicken Teriyaki Bim bim bap - This was pretty good and satisfying. The portion is pretty big and they give you a huge side of sauce. Lychee Tea 50% sweetness and white boba - This was pretty sweet still. I would get 25% next time. I usually get crystal/ white boba in general because the texture is usually pretty consistent. This was a little different from what I usually have at other locations. Not in a bad way but just different. They do not offer non-dairy alternatives for the milk teas. Good place! I would come back and would try other items off the menu next time!

Great food and delicious food. Stopped in for dinner. I'm no longer eating meat so only seafood. They did have a shrimp teriyaki bowl which I opted for. Along with my go to for boba shops of grapefruit green tea. I did no sugar and was surprised that it really was sugar free. Ava it was so good. The only slush that I've gotten that was actually slushy like I like. It was thicker so it didn't melt so fast. Food was out quick and freshly made. It was good but I would've like the sauce to have been thicker and less sweet.

I was really craving some Korean wings. I made the mistake of getting boneless ones. Do not make this mistake! They were barely a step up from frozen type you put in air fryer at home. Cost over $13 for 10!I got the Bulgogi meal and it was tasty. Not what I expected for Bulgogi though. It was more like a beef and broccoli. Maybe my fault expecting more Korean flavors for Bulgogi. It is pretty pricey overall. Didn't notice the lunch menu till I was leaving. Depending on pricing, may try this option next time in area.

3 things about this place:1. This place used to be Hawaiian BBQ place that closed down and Sweet Krunch took over. Inside was clean and the atmosphere was great; they have around 8 tables with booths and few regular tables with chairs for anyone that would like to sit down and dine in. 2. Menu was very diverse from Korean fried chicken to chicken teriyaki to Korean dishes. This place reminds me of the franchise Bonchon and seems to be very similar. 3. Soy garlic, sweet chili, and spicy wings were ordered with pickled radishes and fried rice as a side. All the flavors were not there in flavor and tasted bland. Pickled radishes were okay but the fried rice as a side was just horrible. Their side fried rice was just rice mixed with soy sauce. Not the typical fried rice that we know of. Honestly, I don't know if I would try this place again and if I do, I would try different dishes but absolutely not the wings that they are known for.

Newly open Korean Place. It is about 4.5 stars. Round up to 5 stars for encouragement. The reason they are 5 stars are affordable, taste good, good portions. The menu is simple with Korean dishes, fried chicken, Japanese appetizers, bubble tea, and more. It is more like Asian Fusion restaurant. The Korean may said not authentic, but for me is good enough. We got a takoyaki to start. It comes with six balls. You can feel real squid meat in it. I like the bedding veggies was sauce and tasty. We got six drum chicken sticks that come with fried rice. I am applauded that the owner allow two flavors in one order. We got the soy garlic and sweet chili fried chicken drum stick. The fried skin is delicious. We also got bulgogi Japchae. This is good dish. Portion is a bit small. Overall we have good experience, food is my liking.

On several occasions, we have dined at this establishment for lunch, and our opinions vary. The premises are well-maintained, and the staff is cordial. The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, with a particular emphasis on beverages. We typically order the standard fare, such as chicken teriyaki and beef bulgogi. While these dishes are commendable for their abundance of vegetables, I find that the protein content could be more substantial. Ideally, the protein should account for a greater portion of the dish. In my next visit, I intend to explore the buns and observe their protein content.

Went for lunch today, it's been 3 weeks since my first visit! We got grapefruit tea, beef japchae, and the chicken teriyaki for $30. Everything was pretty tasty! The dishes tend to be on the sweet side for me(very sweet) but still good. The japche could stand to have more beef for costing almost $14, but given the area, higher prices have been the norm. Staff was friendly which was nice & Definitely worth the try!

I love their spicy chicken boneless wings! This chicken is so delicious the heat is perfect. I have had the spicy chicken, and pickled radish multiple times. Every time it's hot and fresh. This time I did 5 soy garlic and 5 spicy with rice. I prefer the spicy. The soy garlic is good. On this trip I got the Super Fruit Tea @ 25% sweetness with Mango Boba it was amazing. I highly recommend it! Fantastic, friendly customer service. I make a special trip to go here and plan to visit again. I got a to go order. Very clean and nice booths if you decide to dine in. I hope to try other dishes soon!

When I tell you that these were some of the best chicken wings I've ever had, and in my life have contributed to the decline of the chicken population.... Mmm. These are some of the best!!If I wasn't a God fearing Christian Man I'd go slap my momma right now!!Chicken wings were great, I got the Sweet Chili and the Garlic Soy, both were so good. Fried rice was beautifully cooked. Spring rolls were crunchy, that type of crunch that tickles your soul. The owners and family were genuinely hospitable, made sure everything was good and that I liked it. Will definitely be back 100%
