Where have you been all my FL life? I have not had Mexican food like this since leaving CA. I wanted to hug each person behind the counter. And this is why I love Yelp. I would never have found this gold mine on my own. Everything was so fresh. The tortillas are handmade. The salsa was so good I could have drunk it. They had vegan & vegetarian options which I was very thankful for & pleased to see. I could get an oat milk cafe con leche which made me very happy. I also tried some of my boyfriend's elote which was delicious. I can't wait to go back and have told all my friends & family. Must save room next time for the churros. Such a cute spot. Love that it's a hidden gem. I'm sooo glad we found this place. The funny thing is I have always thought coffee & burritos go well together and I finally found somewhere that agrees. Oh they do smoothies too. I found my happy place.

We're not from Lakeland but stopped here for lunch after an appointment. My husband got a huge, delicious breakfast burrito. Chorizo with beans and cheese. The sauces for it were also fresh and delicious. I had an iced latte with English toffee syrup. He had a hot cafe con leche. Such a cute outside area too if it wasn't so hot.

Sweet Cup Cafe has a unique enough ambiance that just has a quaint vibe that kind of brings a smile to my heart and seems a bit of a glimpse from another time.The staff here is friendly enough and professional. With the business name and vibe, you would not think that Mexican food would be the star here, but it was definitely an enjoyable meal.Sweet Cup Cafe is a great place for a nice meal.

Just stopped in for a quick coffee and ended up getting a bean taco too...The coffee was tasty and the bean taco was nice and fresh...The spicy hot sauce had a nice kick to it..Would like to come again and try more...Friendly workers...May not look like much from the outside but stop by, you might be surprised.

This small restaurant has very good food. It takes a minute to receive your order as it is prepared fresh. I especially like the choice of aqua frescas which are so very refreshing on a hot day. The quesabirria tacos are excellent.
