After not visiting for a long time we decided to visit and get a late breakfast/early lunch. The exterior hasn't changed but the interior is being remodeled. Unfortunately it has stayed open while the floors are being replaced so we walked on concrete floors where there used to be tile. The surface is uneven and I was uneasy walking on it.The menu hasn't changed and the waitress is still very friendly. Hopefully the refresh will be completed soon.

We have ordered many times from here, our go to is the Pasta and meatsauce and the spanakopita with Greek salad is another favorite. We primarily order delivery/takeout. Today I tried the Monterey Chicken and it wasn't my favorite. The chicken was thin and dry. I did not realize it was smothered in cheese, bacon, and fried onions, the menu did not have a description. Taste was okay but the cheese layer was thicker than the chicken. I Got veggies and turned out to be super garlicy broccoli, not my thing, and soup (something cream based with noodles, white beans, and bacon- again, not my thing). Getting a salad or soup is inconsistent, sometimes they give it to us, sometimes they don't, and whatever one we get is random. Haven't been a fan of any of the soups and when I do order one, I never know what's coming. I still enjoy Susie's but will probably go back to our usuals. Wish the menu offered a good description for each item so there wouldn't be any surprises.

Cute building and nice parking lot. Very clean and spacious diner with bar in the back. Great menu with so many choices for any time of the day! Reasonable prices too. We opted for omelettes- cheese, green pepper and onion and a ham and cheese. They are huge and so good!! Hash browns and home fries are amazing!! Our waitress Vanessa was great; so friendly and attentive! We got our food super fast! We will definitely come back here.

I can't believe I haven't already done a review of Susie's. I guess we get busy and forget. Time passes. I've been coming here for a couple years now. Truth is, my grandsons love it. They love the fact that they can get lunch at any time - some places do "breakfast all day", Susie's does breakfast only part of the day but you can order (and they do) lasagna for breakfast. The service is always friendly and we've never waited terribly long, even though sometimes the restaurant is incredibly busy. The kids go for lasagna or ravioli every time. I've had the chicken, cobb, and greek salad. All are very good.

Came here for breakfast. Very diverse menu, which I loved! Lots of indoor seating options. Unfortunately, no outdoor seating.I ordered the biscuits and gravy with two over medium eggs. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The biscuits and gravy were very good but a little too much pepper for me. Still good though!

The Hot cakes are great I tried many places here in Spring Hill no one comes close to there pancakes wow I mean really good you can't go wrong in this place.And for service they treat you right Jeanie is good at serving and makes sure your happy before you eat . If you like friendly service and workers that cares this is the place come try it ask for my server and then you can post it like I do.

First, let me say we love Susie's. Great food, lots of choices, wonderful waitstaff. But one thing continues to really bug me. When you order an entree in the evening, you get a choice of soup or salad, and one HOT side. Yep, the side MUST BE HOT! NO coleslaw, NO cottage cheese, NO peach's, NO tomato slices. Potatoes or veggies. Go figure!
