You call in your order, stroll in to pick it up, and enjoy the charm of old-fashioned service.What don't I love? - It does feel a bit odd in this digital age not to offer online ordering, but maybe that's part of the unique charm!

Food was ok. Had the friend Korean wings 7/10And spider roll which was 3/10 Taste was ok, roll was only 5 pieces and absolutely falling apart. Couldnt enjoy it after waiting more than half an hour when its falling apart. Service isnt great.

Such good food. For a little while, the rolls were not rolled well and falling apart but they're back on their best sushi game. The caterpillar is my favorite but the okay roll is very similar if you are doing the lunch special. Service is sometimes good, sometimes you're left alone too long. And the place is so gorgeous including the bathroom. The booth seats are all ripped up tho and uncomfy and scratchy if you are wearing shorts :(

Had dinner at Sushi Ninja Brandon. I'm not a sushi person, so I went there for the other food they sell. I ordered some chicken fried rice and also 6-piece chicken wings (original). My wife had the Chicken Bulgogi. Now, she liked her order, I on the other hand was not impressed with mine. Now, I know I ordered the original chicken wings, but they only use adobo to season it, and its only on the skin, so after the first bite, the rest of the chicken really has no flavor. The chicken fried rice was not something I would go back for either. The place was very clean, plenty of parking since its located in a shopping strip. The other folks with us, had the sushi, and they seemed to have enjoyed it. I'm giving it a 4 start, because I was not impressed, but the other folks did not complaint and my wife was ok with her food.

We had egg fried rice and the Jamie rolls, both were delicious. Our waitress, Maria, was very attentive and had great customer service. The decor was was really neat and everything was nice and clean.We came back the next night and Olivia was our waitress. No personality, poor customer service. The food was still 10/10 though. We will just get Maria's work schedule and go when she's there lol

Went here tonight for a birthday party. We started out with a sashimi appetizer and a vegetable tempura. Both were delicious and I would order them again. We then ordered two rolls which were fresh but a little small and were a little blan on taste. Overall the service was great from our server but at the end they brought us the bills with a automatic 18% gratuity added with the minimum option of adding an additional 20% if we wanted to. I consider myself a great tipper when the service warrants it which normally means I tip over 20%. But when a tip is forced upon me and no longer based on service rendered I simply stop at their lower amount. For this I removed a star . Have faith in your product and services rendered or I will choose to go elsewhere.

Sushi ninja has been my favorite Asian restaurant and all of Brandon since they opened. I think it's been like 20 years. Never disappointed in a meal. Try the Okay Roll... and ask for ninja sauce with your sushi.... trust me!

I ordered Chicken Fried Rice over the phone to go, the lady said it would be ready in 20 mins. I got to the restaurants 20 minutes after she said that, I had to wait 30 more minutes. 50 minute total for an order of Chicken Fried Rice, it was 1pm and the restaurant was empty.

Star was very friendly, but forgetful. Had to wait for 20 minutes for a boba tea that was incredibly sour and was not drinkable. No soy sauce and had to scavenge for some on my own.Food was very mid-range. The menu is very clearly non-threatening sushi: almost everything was fried, had "krab", or had asparagus. There were only a handful of non-fried, non-"krab" rolls out of around 40 to choose from. $11-$14 per roll.Great place to go for people who want to say that they've had sushi.

The service here is often as bad as it gets, which is a shame because the sushi is always great.We used to go 1-2 times a week, but now we drive 3 miles farther to Kanji, which never disappoints!
