Sushi Inc

This has been my go to since I was 15 years old. I'm now almost 24. The staff is always friendly & the sushi is consistent. I enjoy dining in or getting take out. My favorites are the Florida roll and Mexican. I also love their salt edamame.

Visited this spot the night before Hurricane Helene and was pleased to see some of my kids' schoolmates eating w their parents. Local spot in downtown, always clean, servers friendly. The issue for me here were the portion sizes!My volcano roll was tiny..... I'm usually full or can't eat it all so I had to order more food. 3 people 94.00. Meh. Still searching for the best sushi spot in st Pete.

Restaurant was surprisingly empty at a common lunch hour (12-1pm). Staff got us settled quickly and were very helpful and attentive. After ordering food, appetizers arrived fast and were all fresh. We enjoyed the crab rangoon, which was uniquely shaped like gyoza and had a perfect balance of crab and cream cheese. There wasn't too much cream cheese in it but you could still taste it. Tuna nachos were tasty with a wasabi flavored sauce on it, but it overall didn't have much flavor. Food arrived a bit after that. I hate to say that the sushi wasn't fresh. It tasted like it was sitting out before or was refrigerated. Some of them lacked in flavor, and even the rolls with more flavor weren't anything special or unique. The spider roll was very bland and the tempura's texture wasn't fresh or crunchy. Overall, the sushi wasn't bad, it was just basic and not fresh. Service was good, though. It's a good spot to eat at if you want a quick meal and if you're not a diehard foodie who deeply cares for quality

Spicy edamame . To salty. The ramen was average. The stock reallygreat. I should've had the sushi. The service was great.

I visited for lunch and was satisfied with the service, food quality, and prices. I had a shrimp tempura roll with a ginger salad and miso soup for less than $20. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the soy sauce was really bad. I am not sure if it was an off brand or simply a bad batch but it tasted artificial/ had an overwhelming chemical taste. This might sound silly, but I'd consider either ordering out or bringing your own soy sauce if you plan on ordering sushi.

Went here in a Sunday evening and thank God we had reservations. The restaurant is packed and barely a table to be found. The sushi and sashimi was very fresh and prepared nicely. The edamame had great flavor and the two types of garlic and spicy were a nice change to the plain salted kind. The hand rolls were also very fresh and had a very nice crunch. The fried ice cream is dipped in a funnel cake type batter fried and cut in fours.The decor is dark and the tables are small but cozy.The staff hustles but they seem understaffed as we waited awhile to be served.Parking is tough as it is street parking onlyThey do take credit card

We stopped by Sushi Inc after the Art Fest on Sunday. Let me first start by saying we had the best server, he was very attentive to our needs and checked in on us. We choose to sit outside because we had a little one in a stroller and it was a beautiful day. We started off with Gyoza dumplings. Next we ordered three rolls The Uptown Funk, Red Dragon and one other I can't remember the name. The rolls were good. We ordered the combo fried rice for our kids. When I say this fried rice was legit, it had large chunks of meat and flavors were on point.The rice came with a salad amd miso soup both were delicious. So glad we choose to visit Sushi Inc while downtown!

Great sushi restaurant with fresh fish; I especially like the salmon nigiri. Kara, the bartender, made some excellent cocktails and had a wonderful scent! What a sweet young girl.

The sashimi platter had imitation fake crab and cooked shrimp!!!! How can this be included in a sashimi menu!! It was awful, a huge disappointment and even worse false advertising for a sashimi platter at a sushi restaurant! I can't believe they charged $45 for this embarrassment.

Whew. The rolls were AMAZING. We had the Sakura roll, the Candy cane roll and the Kiss of fire roll. They were all very very well made, very fresh and very yummy.
