Outstanding service our waitress was friendly and made us feel at home.The restaurant is located in the back side of the VFW post 8002. You will find the interior clean and comfortable also the restrooms are clean. Four of us were there for breakfast and we all of us ordered separate items, they were delicious. We will be back!

Awesome steak sandwich , definitely Philadelphia influence for sure ! Load it with beef and all the fixings ! Thoroughly enjoyed every bite , french fries were awesome as well . Great service , friendly, and that bread they use is positively off the chain ! Best bread in Florida ! I will absolutely be returning , this is actually my third visit it's part of my agenda ! The Cubans are awesome as well , very authentic and delicious ! They also have this awesome root beer and cream soda as well . Go there you won't be sorry! My complimentsto Chef Alex!!

Good tasting subs. Really cute outdoor ambiance. We moved to this area during the pandemic a year and a half ago and this place was closed. So we were super excited to see it getting worked on...You can order at the window which is nice and head over to the side of the building to eat. The cheese steak had was generous with plenty of meat. I had the 1/2 pastrami and slaw and it was very tasty. I couldn't finish the half!Meat was good quality. They have ice cream (including non dairy) and other treats as well. We will definitely try again!

So happy Sub Hub is open again! It has gotten a facelift and it looks great! Stopped in to grab the Philly out favorite from before and it did not disappoint. Lots of steak and cheese. The bread tastes super fresh and the staff was amazing. They were super accommodating to all our requests and got us in and out quickly. I will be back for sure!

*Edit* I will add that the owners reached out and offered a remake. I stopped by last night to try them again. I was told upon ordering that a plain cheesesteak, as I ordered, would not have enough meat to fill the roll. So he would be giving me an extra half portion to make up for no toppings. I appreciate the extra but this is exactly the problem. Your cheesesteak needs to be a standalone sub. That's why in Philly a cheesesteak "witout" is #1. You cannot serve a so-called World Famous Philly and skimp on the actual cheesesteak!This lonely piece of bread is SubHubs "world famous philly". Obviously, they are not talking about the real world because this so-called sub is not fit for my dog.I guess they don't care about delivery orders being decent. Sad, we've been waiting for them to finally reopen and this was unacceptable.

There are no Sub Hub signs so it is hard to find. It is behind the VFW Post. I had an excellent Cubano sandwich and delicious onion rings. There is a hallway that connects the Sub Hub to the VFW Post. If you want a cocktail with your sandwich just walk through the hallway. I'm not a Vet or VFW member but that was not an issue. Had a good time. Highly recommended.

I've driven by this place so many times, I finally decided to give it a try. I am a sandwich connoisseur, so I wasn't expecting much. Well I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Cuban and it was the best I've ever eaten. It was full of meat and crispy bread with melted gooey Swiss cheese. Perfect perfect. But then I tried the chicken bacon ranch sub and it really messed me up. I've never had a better sandwich anywhere! I'm definitely going back, heck I haven't even tried the Philly and that's what they are famous for! Great food!!!

I went there before they moved and liked it a LOT better. I took my family to the new location and it was very odd to say the least. It's inside a VFW and it's not really an inviting feeling of a place to eat. The waitress wasn't the nicest or accommodating. There weren't many people in there and the meatball sub on the menu was confusing if you a want half vs a whole and how many meatballs you get. The waitress wasn't very clear on it either when questioned. We felt so out of place for a restaurant. I wished they would have never moved, seems like a bad business decision if you ask me. We will never return.
