We had such an amazing time picking organic strawberries here. I was so thrilled to find a farm that offered U-Pick that is USDA certified organic. So grateful that we can enjoy this fun family experience and not worry about being exposed to glyphosate. There was a huge area of strawberries, but they also had a big area of sunflowers and other flowers to pick. Strawberries when we went were $2.50 per pound. I'm not sure what flowers were. I would have picked some had I had a pocket knife on me. The stems of the big beautiful ones had such thick stems I wouldn't feel comfortable trying to break them off by hand. I saw online they also may have had black eyed peas to pick but didn't know where that was located and had a busy toddler more interested in picking strawberries. Everyone was friendly at the front. I'm glad I brought a bag to carry as I didn't know if they had containers for picking or not. I also liked that they had other vendors there like one lady selling pecans. The milkshake/other treats area seemed to be closed when we were there also.We will 100% be back. There's nothing quite like freshly picked organic berries. Super sweet and delicious!

Fantastic small family-owned organic farm with the BEST strawberries! They also have a few veggies, and the market has vendors with local honey, fresh eggs, herbs, plants, etc. We have been coming here for several years, and it's one of our son's favorite annual activities. Depending on when you go, we have gotten huge berries...also times when things are picked over and we get smaller ones, but the berries are by far the sweetest ones we've had. Went last weekend and picked two large containers of berries, and we are ready to go back for more. Bring your own bucket, and they will give a discount on the weight of your bucket. The owners are also the nicest people--they don't mind if kids sample as they pick. They also have sunflowers, wild flowers for picking--we picked sunflowers as an afterthought ($1/stem). I only had 3 stems ($3), didn't have cash, and handed the owner my debit card. He said they get charged a fee for the small amount and told me just to pay it back the next time we come--it was so nice of him!! Everyone at the farm is super friendly and helpful! Grab a strawberry shake or smoothie before you leave also. Kids also love climbing on the older tractors, seeing the chickens, goats, and other farm animals. Definitely a fun destination, and I love supporting this small family farm!

Very cute little farm not to far from the city. We came before strawberry seasoned ended and got what was left over. But that didn't stop us from enjoying some time with the kids and looking for delicious little berries for the kids to eat. They also make strawberry short cake and shakes from the fresh fruits grown on the farm. Not to mention it's all organic!

Today was my first time strawberry picking and I am so glad my first experience was at Strawberry Passion Farm. The man working there was so warm and welcoming. He explained which fields we were allowed to pick from and where to pay after we were down. The strawberries are smaller than usual but it made sense since they are organic. They are also extremely sweet! They charge $2.50/lb. Just remember to bring your own containers! After you finish you can enjoy a strawberry shortcake, strawberry milkshake, or smoothie. I was not a fan of anything we ordered though. It was pretty pricy. It's no comparison to the Parksdale farm stand in Plan City. Still I will be back for this wonderful strawberry picking experience. Strawberry Passion Farm provides family friendly fun for a weekend.

This secret organic farm is located off Tom Folsom road in Thonotosassa. There are Saturday markets and during strawberry and blue berry Season you can pick fresh berries. There are also wildflowers and sunflowers for picking. The prices are reasonable and it is a good place to keep the kids occupied for a couple of hours. We go there about 3-4 times a year to see the goats and chickens, then pick the berries that are in season.

Even though we went towards the end of strawberry picking season, we still had a great time. It was nice being somewhere that doesn't allow pesticides and allows the berries to naturally grow. My toddler had a wonderful time wandering the rows of berries and the greeter was so kind to tell us to eat as much as we liked along the way. The day we were there they had a milkshake and smoothie stand and a vegetable stand as well.

I have been going to Strawberry Passion Farm for at least 3 years if not 4. Best strawberries I have ever eaten. The other vegetables are wonderful, full of flavor, looks beautiful and taste fantastic. The other tables at the market are small but have tasty treats. I love this place and I drive 1.5 hours several times during Strawberry Season to get the best strawberries and the price is wonderful. The people who serve are kind and courteous. I can't say enough good things about this place. I drive all the way from the Villages so you know it must be worth the trip.

Such a cute farm! We went for the Saturday market - the vendors were wonderful, we made it through the milkshake line fairly quick, and it was an easy setup for the u-pick. The reason for the 2 stars is no one was supervising the animal enclosures... at one point there were NINE children in the bunny enclosure, chasing this terrified rabbit, flipping its tunnel over, stomping on top of its palette, doing everything to corner it to pet it. This went on for at least 15 minutes. The goats were being fed random things from around the yard. I heard a mom tell her son 'goats eat anything' so he proceeded to try to get the goat to eat his paper straw. There was no one to stop them or tell them what might be harmful. Another kid was screaming at the top of his lungs two feet away from a chicken trying to get it to stop clucking... There was no need for this kind of distress to take place. If you're not going to ensure the safety and well being of your animals by having them properly supervised, don't offer their homes/safe spaces as part of your market. Should positive action be taken to better care for these animals, I'm happy to take down the negative review.

Can't tell you how much I was looking forward to picking fresh strawberries that tasted like the real strawberries I remember as a kid. WRONG! The produce is nearly as tasteless as Publix. So disappointed. I presume they use modern seeds that all the other big conglomerate fruit growers/distributors use.
