I have much respect for the Fire Fighters I definitely enjoyed visiting them and trying out their BBQ. I can see why the locals love them and are local favorites. Plus as mentioned, they do catering services for special events and occasions.Come by and try their BBQ in Seminole Heights. You won't be dissapointed. Just as a side note, their parking in front is limited, but they have more parking space behind the buildings. So don't be discouraged. There's space for everyone.

Glad I found this spot! I can walk here from my house and will definitely need to because I'll be adding on some extra calories lol.BBQ was on point and did not miss! Unfortunately they were out of ribs and burnt ends but the brisket was so good and melts exactly how you want.The staff was super friendly and informative when we had questions.They have complimentary lemonade which was cool. The vibe is that of a fire fighter station. I dug it.

As someone who doesn't really love bbq cause it always lets me down i can honestly say this was good. Got the two meats box and both the brisket and ribs were delicious. Very flavorful and i appreciate that you can choose lean vs moist brisket. Fries were made fresh and the seasoning is nice. The Mac n cheese was super tasty but personally I'd axe the breadcrumbs on top cause they seemed stale but that's my fault for not asking for them to not use it. I will for sure be back for more. Try it out!

Brisket was very tender, but came out lukewarm/cold. Mac N Cheese lacked flavor but was so small we both finished ours. Baked beans was like Busch's baked beans dialed up. Overall, the biggest disappointment is we looked at their revolving screens first to decide what to order, only to find that the desserts listed are only offered for catering to avoid waste. Wish a "cobbler of the day" wasn't on the menu if no cobbler at all is offered. Currently only brownies and cookies are available for order when you walk in. Service was very nice and friendly and you can order through a person or via kiosk.

Station house bbq was a great place hole in the wall place to eat some good bbq! We ordered 1/2 lb brisket and the chicken, which both had good flavor! I wish the brisket was a bit more tender, but granted we got there a little bit before they closed. We also ordered the baked beans, Mexican corn, mac and cheese, and broccoli salad. I thought the sides were all pretty good! The baked beans were a little too sweet for my liking, but I generally don't eat a lot of sweet things. They had a variety of sauces which were all fun to try. What really made this place worth it for me was the staff. I believe we had spoken with the wife of the establishment. She was extremely kind and personable towards us. Any questions we had about the menu, she of course had answers to. It was really good to feel her energy through the interaction we had with her. You can tell this restaurant is something she has put a lot of her time and efforts towards. There was just something special about her that really stood out to me that I really gravitated towards. I guess it's good to feel someone passionate about what they do. Definitely give this place some love the next time you're looking to eat some bbq.

Oh my goodness! The food that this team is putting out ROCKS! Could we talk about the fact that it is kind of like a mini food hall under one adorable roof?! Thank you team member Jordan for letting us know that right off the bat. The Smokin' Cuban and Station House BBQ were both open when we were there today at The Salt Smokehouse. The Baby Brisket's Breakfast Co. was not. So looking forward to checking that concept out soon. Okay, let's get to the Cuban sandwich we devoured today with the enthusiasm is two people who had not eaten in 2 days. That is not the case at all but you would have thought as much looking at the two of us in AWE of the flavors, the size of the sandwich and the overall combination of flavors. Our was the Smokin' Cuban...according to Jordan, their best seller. We also shared the Bella's Bowl which had sections of each unique and perfectly prepared ingredient nestled in a large bowl that allowed us to dive in with grace and pure pleasure! Overall this had to have been the BEST "That place looked interesting. Make a U-turn honey and let's check it out." place we have ever last-minute decided on that way and LOVED EVERY MOMENT of the dining experience.

My company ordered catering from here for a tailgating event and was 10/10. The ribs literally fell off the bone. The brisket was to tender. The baked beans was the perfect amount of sweet. The Mac and cheese was delicious. The coleslaw was the perfect balance between the savory and the beans. I would come back here and order from them again and again. Rob helped me pack my car and was so helpful. Their storefront is opening soon and I'm so happy to see it happen. The food is amazing and is everything I expected out of a BBQ place. One of the best I've had in tampa.

Lots of BBQ out in this area, but this is definitely one of the better ones. They advertise their "signature slow cooked" meats like chicken, pulled pork, brisket, and sausage. I am a huge sausage fan and that's what Iended up going for, 1/2lb combo with mexican street corn on the side. The sausage has the kind of casing I really like with a nice crisp snap and the meat is smoked and spiced very well. The street corn is just a bit bland, but you can always add salt and pepper or hot sauce or other condiment of choice. Service is quick and every one is courteous and professional. There is ample seating and the store is clean and ACed. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to come back.
