I love the space. Love the vintage furniture and coffee signs and displays. Private lot but also street parking if needed. The staff were super friendly and I felt really welcomed. My espresso was delicious!5-6 calm down tables for sitting. WiFi if you want to do work!

My favorite coffee shop locally. I make a point to stop in and enjoy the Factory latte with some of the fine bakery items that Bella makes. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the coffee and lattes enjoyable, and the food is quite excellent. Support local! Go here!

I love you Southie! Got a new flavor cold brew today-banana mocha-it was so delicious! Also got a chicken empanada. I forgot to cash in my coffee bean points this time. Best service, food, and drinks.

This place gets it. Should be 5 star place, not 4.7. They even had proper metal utensils to eat breakfast with, not plastic that breaks in your hand. The humourous decor was great.

Found this little Gem by accident. Don't let the location stop you from going inside. It's small cute, clean and cozy inside. I ordered my favorite hazelnut latte with extra shot and extra hot and a breakfast empanada. My latte was yummy just the way I like. My breakfast empanada not so much. Service was very friendly and fast. I will definitely be back when I'm in the neighborhood. If you haven't try this place out .. I highly recommend it.

This place never disappoint. Food is always good and the coffee, wow they have plenty to choose from. My wife suggests you try the Flan coffee (condense milk and caramel) flavor. The empanadas are always our go to but I decided to try the bacon egg and cheese this time around. Definitely a stop for those in the area.

I love this place it is my go here all the time love the atmosphere and people with the mini library and music best place to study for exams while surviving on caffeine and muffins. 10/10 recommend! :D my go to order is always espresso over ice with Weill of one of their iced lattes they are amazing

Great little place, friendly staff and absolutely top notch cappuccinos. I am visiting the area and stopped in to grab some coffee and breakfast for my sleeping wife and I. HIGHLY recommend!
