Excellent!! Breakfast and lunch, both great! Check it out. Will try their second location next time I'm in Sebring.

"Let's take a swim to Cuba in Sebring" is how I felt when I walked in here . The place is really clean first thing I noticed . The food menu is nicely done and priced . The pastry counter is clean and full of variety. I had two pastry's and a breakfast sandwich , complimented with Coloda coffee and it was still better priced and better food quality than any other breakfast place in town . Good job team keep up the great work .

I ordered Cuban sandwich And I received a ham and cheese in Cuban breadIt was no other meat but ham and they did not pressed the sandwich yess it did have 2 pickles Will go there for authentic Cuban cooking anymore

Cute little place, close to home. Food was decent and coffee was good. Food arrived promptly and hot. Everyone seemed friendly. Will come back for sure.

Nice treat for breakfast with a Cuban twist. We had the Tripleta and the Ultimate Croissant. Both were delicious. The coffee Americano is also excellent. We noticed the pastry case and just had to split a cheese Pastalitos. Again excellent. We'll have to come back for lunch. #stevensleavin

While visiting family we went to Sophie's and you better believe we will return anytime we are in the area. The place is immaculate. Food is served hot , made fresh and with quality ingredients. Some of the best quesitos in central Florida. The NY sandwich delicious, the cortadito delicious. The cafe con leche on the sweeter side so make sure you are specific about the way you take your coffee. The service was great. Not sure why someone else said something about there being a language barrier because the young man who helped us was fully bilingual. Either way this is a must go to when in the area.

This may come as a shocker to you, but this great little joint is run by Sophie! You can watch her bustling around, in and out of the kitchen and making sure the customers are happy.Let your GPS find this giant plaza on the north side of Route 27. Head to the south end and you'll see them but there is minimal signage.It's a box of a place with nine tables and a few counter seats facing out the window. Everything is spotless.The menu is easy to navigate. You have breakfast on one side and lunch and early diner on the other as they close a 5 PM. You also need to think about the glass case up front. There are several fruit-filled and other pastries. There are also savory pastries like empanadas. I'm going to save them for my next visit.You know the saying "When in Rome." Well "When in San Juan or Havana" you must have a Café con Leche. I ordered a large for $2 and change and it was steaming and excellent.While sipping my coffee I ordered a platter of Fried Pork & Fried Plantains plus rice and black beans for $8. It was out quickly and a substantial portion. Note to self, next time ask for the yellow rice. Everything was well-cooked and I loved it! There was very little fat on the pork. If I had ordered the yellow rice this would have been a five-star meal!I think when I come back, and I will be back, I'm going to have another great coffee and hit up the appetizer menu and pastries!

Food was fantastic and service was excellent. Very welcoming staff. Incredibly clean place and made you feel like family. Cafe con leche was delish and the croissant sandwich was fantastic. Omelette sandwich was huge. Order the half bc the large is too big for one person.

Excellent service! The food was very good!I didn't have time to eat dessert but wish I had. I am definitely going back.

Great food, great owner, great employees and great service oriented business. Our several days a week go-to for authentic cafe con leche barista made! Cuban sandwiches among best in town! Very clean and cafe friendly for all ages. Hidden in shopping center so plenty of parking.
