Most authentic Italian food I've had outside of Italy after 21 years in Tampa! The pizza is the most authentic Napoleonic style pizza I've had outside of Naples ! I drove from Apollo Beach to Carrollwood for this place and I will be back there's a ton on the menu to love!!

Packed for an early Saturday night! Minimal seating inside, outdoor seating offered but not very pleasant as there are too bright of lights beaming on the uneven tables thrown in the rocky area between the building and the parking lot. A little effort with this additional seating would go along way. Menu is extensive and offers options for everyone. Server was great and friendly! The vodka pasta sauce was pretty good but nothing crazy. Menu had multiple typos.

First, THANK YOU for making a real pizza crust as well as just outstanding food in general. That trio appetizer of diff pizza dough combos is amazing! It's nice to get gnocchi out that are as good as homemade, light and firm. It's the best Italian food I've had out since I was in Naples Italy a cpl years ago. Wish you'd open one in St. Pete as there are many many pretenders of Italian cuisine. The service was friendly and well executed. Have zero to pick on...thank you for that.

I was very impressed with this Italian restaurant! We read that we had to try the dough trio so we started there. It was superb! For our meal, I ordered the carbonara and hubby ordered the pistachio pasta. Both were absolutely amazing! Very tasty on all fronts. I wish I hadn't filled up so much on dough because carbonara doesn't reheat well and it was the best I've had! (Sorry mom!)

I shared the most delicious Italian dinner with a friend. And the bottle of wine we chose just highlighted our food. We shared pistachio gnocchi, al tartufo pizza and la greca salad. I cannot say enough adjectives about this food! Fresh. Pretty. Flavor that is off the charts! Our server Sydney was amazing. So sweet and helpful. It's a tiny place and felt very fortunate to get a table on a Friday night without a reservation. Oh and the cannolis are incredible. A delicate shell and the most delicious, light cream inside. I'll be back soooooon!

Back again to try some different pizzas because it's one of my favorite pizzas places in Tampa!- Diavola: we got this without black olives and it was delicious! The onions were so the perfect topping and the star of the pizza! I do wish it was a bit spicier but it was very solid!- Al Tartufo: this one might be one of my favorites. It was sweet but also savory. It was very unique and one I might get every time! Well worth it!Crust was cooked perfectly as always. Very consistent place!

Found this spot when I was randomly going through Yelp. I'm glad I did! My first thing I always check for is if a restaurant has gluten free options on the menu. It so happens that this place did so I decided to go in and try it. The setup is unexpected. The restaurant is located in a tiny strip of shops. It is probably the size of a small chipotle to create a mental image for you. Don't let that dissuade you from going however. There are a handful of seats inside with bar seating as well as a bunch of seats outside as well. It is on the louder side with the kitchen where the magic happens being front and center. Sitting at the bar, you can watch them hand roll and toss the dough that goes into the large wood fired oven. For my pizza, I ordered the Montecristo with gluten free crust. It was delicious! The crust had a good crisp and freshness to it. The toppings were also very yummy as well. The cheese had a great creaminess to it. I highly recommend this spot to go out with family or even as a fun date night. The food is great and it has a fun atmosphere.

My wife found this restaurant which has deal on weekday. Especially on Tuesday they have buy one get one half off. The restaurant is kind of tucked away in the corner. They are located SE corner of Dale Mabry and Fletcher. We got the Carpaccio de Polipo to start. It is slice octopus carpaccio on the bed on angular with good olive oil. Highly recommended. We have similar experience at Capri before. The main dish is the Spaghetti Alle Vongole. This spaghetti with wine sauce and little neck clam. I ask are they going to provide enough clam. And it came out plenty of clam. Definitely a dish to get. My wife had Lasagna Al pistachios. It is a special dish. We all like it. Service is really good. Food comes out quick. Not much of wait.

Very busy & chaotic on a Saturday night! (They take reservations on Google.) it's small but nice inside, there's a patio on the side, and lots of coming & going for takeout. Delicious food! The pistachio lasagna was creamy & cheesy--very unique! There is ham on so many pizzas... so we subbed prosciutto instead on the montecristo (the waiter let us know that was extra $) and it was perfect! The pizza oven did get backed up on such a busy night, so our pizza came out later. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the wine selection--you can see the boxes of wine back with hoses and spigots by the bathroom and they charge far too much for that ($9/$13). We enjoyed their original South Tampa location and are so happy to have a family owned restaurant in North Tampa! There aren't many.
