Smash Bun Burgers

Wandered upon this place by accident on my way home one day and to my surprise, this place is a really good burger spot!! Finally a local restaurant that sells decent Smash Burgers! Owner is super friendly and seems passionate about his business. Tried a double smash burger with sweet potato fries (available upon request) and it did not disappoint. The burger wasn't super greasy and the sweet potato fries were the crispiest sweet potato fries I've ever had. Will definitely be back... they also own the health food spot next door so it's a great balance :)

If you want the best burgers in Tampa at an affordable price, Smash Bun Burgers, is the place to be. The food comes pretty quickly and is made fresh to order. Ordering a single burger (See picture), You would think you're getting a double for how big it is. You can add extra toppings at no extra charge. I added jalapeños on mine for an extra kick.The staff is always friendly and is also bilingual in Spanish and English. Not sure what to pick? They have great recommendations based on your preference. The aesthetic of the restaurant is very clean and minimal. I personally don't require too much going on in a restaurant as long as it's clean and the food is phenomenal. They provided that. My only critiques is that there is only a few seating so unless you're getting it to go or dining with two or less, I wouldn't dine in with your family. I went with a friend and we had to move some items off the table to dine comfortably. It's a small restaurant so they can only provide so big a table. I believe square tables instead of round ones would be more compensating for eating space.

Food was delicious. Had the main single and the two sliders. Fries are perfect Looking forward to trying the cheesesteak

We were craving burgers and this neighborhood place hit! Probably the messiest bite of my life but damn it was good haha. Got the full house burgers which are double cheeseburgers with house sauce. Delish! The fries and side sauce reminded me of a Canes restaurant. Overall we would try again and it's great for the area.

Found this place craving a burger. Ordered a Single burger and sweet potato fries, both were D-LISH!! Place is small with limited seating, Very Clean, would highly recommend Smash Bun Burger. A place we will return to for a burger when in the Tampa area! THANK YOU SMASH BUN BURGER for a GREAT BURGER!!

We were craving burgers and this place exceeded our expectations. The burgers were so juicy, sautéed onions, the buns, the sauce... I could go on and on. The milkshake was incredible too. Not to mention the quick service and super friendly staff. I'm so happy we discovered this place today. If you want an amazing burger- COME HERE!!
