What an honor! I'm the very first person to review the place. Here as guests with friends who live here. Top notch service. The menu has great entrees listed. The atmosphere and ambiance is great. Overlooking the greens. Our server, Tara was very professional, personable and overall great. The portions are very generous given the prices. I hadn't any photos of two dishes that were also excellent...the Tandoori Chicken with Tikka sauce and the Filet Mignon. But the pictured Veal Sorrentino was great! My wife took half home. The very fresh and warm bread basket, the French Onion soup and our house and Caesar Salads were very good. Had 3 glasses of Diet Coke and only charged for one. House Salad and a side sides are included with most entrees. The pace between each dish was spaced beautifully. Not a rushed atmosphere, very comfortable, and how nice these days to enjoy speaking to each other and hearing each other even over the occasional entertaining background music of ? Campbell at his keyboard. When visiting friends here the next time, will most definitely have lunch or dinner here again. I also heard their weekly (or monthly?) Brunch Buffet is phenomenal. Enjoy!

From The Restaurant Guy. (Former owner of a Cincinnati Ohio restaurant)We haven't eaten at The Skyview for a couple of reasons .. and for the same reason we may never eat there again. The reasons .. food was just OK .. the prices were ridiculous. Way over priced!Service was good, but does it really matter if the service is good and the other two factors, food and price, are poor?$30 for a 6 ounce fillet that was flat and 2/3 edible? Fish that was pretty much tasteless? Salad that was barely basic lettuce and some sprinkled cheese? My overall impression is that the clientele there are club members who have gotten used to the mediocrity of this offering and it doesn't matter what the price is.There are plenty of other local restaurants who deserve your support that will give you all three of the things. A good restaurant should offer. Good food at a fair price with good service. Bon appétit.Bob

Our neighbors invited us out to eat here as they are members. We hadn't been in about a year and a half. It was marginal then but gave them grace for getting to the other side of the pandemic. However , at least service was excellent then. That's no longer the case. The auspicious beginning was the 15 minute delay on the cocktails despite there being very few occupied tables and few folks at the bar. Ice wasn't melted so we could only assume the server forgot to put in the order. At least she apologized. All of us order the prime rib special and it comes with soup or salad. I made the mistake of ordering the soup (no mention of the type until asked) remainder of the party got salad that seems bagged but fresh, where I guess the joke was on me as the server forgot the spoon and never returned with one. All four of us at one point ate flagging down the only other server for a spoon as our server was MIA after the soup SNAFU , where he said he'd get one or get her and neither materialized, meaning he or the spoon. After everyone was finished with their salads , apparently the last spoon in the place was located. Soup was cold by then. My husband and I found like prime rib tough, almost choking at one point , and lacked any seasoning with a grand total of three pieces of asparagus on the plate. None were made to the requested temperature. Those who invited us, didn't comment on their food, but didn't finish nor take it home. I felt bad as they were clearly embarrassed. I really feel bad for those that live there and have memberships. Coming from a community who had stellar food and service that soured drastically after key staff exodus and ensuing morale and pay that plummeted, without an intervention, the only patrons will be their captive audience within the community' who can't get their dues back.

I had the salmon with mashed potatoes and it was delicious! More than worth the price and I will definitely have it again. The reason I am giving this review 4 stars instead of 5 is because they had the televisions turned to Fox News the entire time. The last thing I want to view is constant negative news while I'm trying to eat and relax, particularly with the political climate being so divided these days. And that evening there were people of different political views at our table, which just made things a little uncomfortable, and unnecessarily so. I have never been to a nice restaurant that had the news on, I don't care what channel or political affiliation. I hope they will consider putting something on the televisions that is more middle ground so that everyone can relax and enjoy their meals. Save the news for home.

If you are carnivore who likes to overpay for mediocre food, limited options, service stretched thin and weak drinks then skyview is the dining spot for you. Maybe I am not their core customer since I am a vegetarian but the few times we have taken friends we are greeted with hostility by the staff who refuse to remove the meat from a salad or sandwich. Incredulously we were told once after serving a salad they argued that they had removed the meat from the salad. Looking down I have a salad bowl almost completely covered with . Clearly the people preparing the overpriced food to send a message that we are not welcome. When restaurants are taking steps to handle food allergies, gluten free options and vegetarian menu items skyview remains aligned with a small segment of the residents ignoring all the dining changes present in the industry designed to widen their customer base. If you like marginal food at high prices then Skyview is your place
