First time at SIPS, and I walked in right at 3 when they opened, looking for a spot to get a few more hours of work in. Instantly greeted with professionalism and warmth--this place has a trendy yet cozy vibe that makes it easy to settle in. Good energy all around.The menu is diverse, and let me tell you--the charcuterie plate? Superb. Quality, presentation, and price all on point.Don't let the negative reviews fool you. Misery loves company, and some people just live to throw shade. This place is a gem.

My friend wanted to try a wine bar in her neighborhood so we went while I was visiting her. It's a cute place! The service was a little on the slow side, but everyone who worked there was very friendly.The wine selection on tap is pretty decent, although I would love to have more sweet white wines. My friend and I both experience the wine tap and we also separately ordered wine off of the happy hour menu. I also ordered a truffle, which was delicious! If you are a fan, I would recommend checking this place out

Hearing the local music being played drew us into this happening quaint little wine bar. The staff was very friendly and attentive as to how the self-poured wine stations worked and a menu was offered with the option of ordering by the glass at the table. My husband was very pleased to find they served beer and cocktails from the bar too. The charcuterie choices of cheeses, delectable sauces, meats and sweets were a nice finish to the parring of our choice of beverage. Our date night in Safety Harbor was a true success!!

Great little spot for snacks and and glass of wine. This is an amazing spot for a casual date night or girls night without too much chaos associated too it. It's a self serve OR full service location. We sat at a table and had full service. Our waitress was lovely despite the two of us being slow drinkers and really just there to check the place out and catch up. We didn't feel rushed, the environment wasn't too loud, a live singer ended up showing up and he was incredible. They don't have a full food menu but our charcuterie board was a decent size and had us grazing on snacks all afternoon. Overall we decided this would be an epic spot to become a regular at for a glass of wine on a weeknight or Friday after a long day/week at work. Worth checking out!

Love this place, they have an amazing ambience, a really great selection of wine. The owner is actively involved, very friendly. definitely a go to spot in Safety Harbor.

Experienced Sips Wine Bar in beautiful downtown Safety Harbor, Florida. Sips was having Tuesday Trivia night I was solo and did not feel awkward. I ordered a build your own Charcuterie Board which included Brie cheese, Salami, and Bacon Berry Jam which was spicy and delicious. My server was patient with me while ordering, however, she lacked on the service and hospitality.

Came for the trivia, stayed for the wine! Have gone to sips several times and each time am very pleased with the service and variety of wines. Just like any wine place, they've got a range of wines at all different price tears. Glad safety harbor has something like this. Servers are very attentive too.

Very nice romantic place to have some wine with friends and family.It has a very soft ambience inside with couch seating, and table seating. Their wine menu is extensive. The only reason I gave four stars is that the wines tend to be expensive.Their charcuterie menu is out of this world. Meats and cheese are cut at the time you order it.They had an excellent background singer the night we were there His songs and volume was perfect for easy listening but you could still carry on a conversation. They just changed owners, and hopefully everything stays on par.

We went in to try out the tasting self pour thing. Was disappointed to find only their high end wines available this way. Not sure how I feel about a "high end" bottle of wine being open a while I suspect at $18 for a 2oz taste of wine I wanted to try made me 2nd guess and opted for a glass on the menu. Service was good

After wanting to try Sips for a little while...wow was I wrong. From the initial entry to this wine bar it was nothing but bad. First of all the smell needs to be attended to. Who wants to smell a wine with the odor of sewage in the background.After being seated we were greeted by a very condescending woman by who I believe was Erin. Her rudeness and attitude was not what you would like to receive from a restaurant owner/server. With all being said our experience was so awful we left after ordering due to another obnoxious and rude interaction with the blond/grey haired woman who I believe to be Erin. I would recommend to skip this establishment and visit elsewhere on Main Street.
