what's going on in New Port Richey downtown? Sip is going on. Small niche charcuterie restaurant with decent wine list. Also available. handful of craft beers and if you're not a cheese board or charcuterie fan they have flatbread as well. Sidewalk and indoor dining with a surprise back room as well. host and waitress very friendly. wish they told me i could have switched out the gorgonzola for another cheese (i asked at the end of the meal when the sad and lonely blue cheese was all that was left (after the to-go box was filled. we got the # 4 board and shrimp salsa fresca (think bruschetta profile). High quality salami and cappicola,smoked gouda, dried apricots, raisin, hummus, small fresh bread rounds. Great board. The shrimp was overpowered by the tomatoes and i loved it but shrimp was definItely backstage.

My date and I shared a bottle of DAOU reserve Cabernet.A bit pricy and it screams to bloom in a decanter, at that price...our bottle didn't have time for that I guess and the only reason why 4 and not 5 stars. I would recommend calling ahead and have them uncork your bottle at least 30 min before you get there or order off the tap."The Pope" board was amazing and nicely presented. The arugula was so fresh and so delicious I'd go back just for that.Fed two of us to satisfaction for under 20 dollars. Super deal for that quality especially the Di'parma. Cannoli cream was lacking that signature marscapone flavor but the Pizzelles were perfect.Staff was super friendly, attentive but not intrusive...Thanks Mike.Can't wait to go back and explore some more.Nicely done folks. Cool little spot! I was in town looking for place to grab a quick drink with the Mrs. And this place did not disappoint. Cool, hip, trendy vibe. Menu was just right; light finger food and a vast beer and wine menu. This is a must go if in NPR.

This place is super cool. Lots of places to sit outside, the inside is very cool vibe. There's also a super secret speakeasy, that you can rent out for $50 a night. Love, love this place! Great selection of wine and craft beers on tap.

It is so exciting to see the revitalization of New Port Richey. I have no doubt that local businesses like Sip are bringing a new era to the area. Our charcuterie board was delicious. We had board #4, as well as chicken pate. I think my favorite bite was wrapping a bit of blue cheese and fig inside of a salami slice. You get savory and salty together. Yum!The staff here is so welcoming and accommodating, too. They were super sweet to our son which meant everything to me. They genuinely want you to feel comfortable here, and if you have well-behaved children they will not be turned away. As a parent I can't tell you what a relief that is. They really understand the importance of community and connecting. We're happy to have an awesome spot in town to enjoy as a family or for date night and I can't wait to come back!

Roommate and I decided to have a "night in" (let's be real, all nights are nights in right now) where we ordered from a local place and watched a movie. I had plans to come here a few weeks ago when s**t hit the fan with the virus so those plans were cancelled. I can't wait to come back when everything opens up again as the "plate" we ordered was so yummy and we both enjoyed the wines we bought too.

Psssssst! This my FAVORITE place to go for wine and charcuterie. Love this quiet little place. Staff is friendly and cheerful and they always remember me. Wine is great and food is well prepared, enticingly displayed, and delicious. But don't tell anybody....its just our little secret!

Has potential, but lacking. The outdated French bistro decor look is decades tired. The older red headed lady who works there is incredibly passive aggressive. Not sure if she's the owner's girlfriend or what but she gets annoyed if you are waiting to get her attention and makes you wait longer. I havent been there in a few months but decided to try it again and she snapped at us when we arrived about bringing an outside drink and told us the kitchen was closed as she greeted our table after several minutes of waiting and assuming we had no table service. Our "outside drink" was just an empty paper water cup that we wanted to throw away as we had it in the cab ride over. In a world where small business is struggling, that redhead doesn't deserve my business. I prefer to patronize places who appreciate my business. Sunshine Supply in Tarpon Springs has a speakeasy room to rent if anyone is looking. Gone are the days of thriving businesses who treat their customers poorly. They will not make it if that is their model. I hope the redhead reads this and sees this as a learning opportunity for herself to be better. Regardless, I will be going to Estuary instead. That place rocks.

We had a surprise birthday party this past weekend that was held at SIP. There were approximately 35 people attended. Every person commented on the food that was prepared by SIP as being unbelievably delicious, the service as being outstanding and the ambiance, especially the 'Speak Easy' room, as being great. I cannot thank Sean, Melissa, Michael and the rest of the Sip Team enough for making this party one that will be remembered for a long time! If you haven't been to SIP for a few drinks and one of their delicious charcuterie boards, I would highly recommend it!
