Signature Workspace

Rented the event space for my daughter's baby shower. Laurie was exceptionally a pleasure on making this special day come true.

This workspace is awesome! I really needed a place to go where I could get away for some isolated time and get some work done. Although I have an own office in my five personal training studios for women locally and I have an office in my home, sometimes you just need a different place to go to get more work done. When the famous coffee shop changed their layout of all their stores, I no longer found private places to sit and get some work done so I needed to find another solution.The amenities they have like the espresso machine are total perk and hey you get free coffee, which is not something the coffee shop offers! And the staff that handles this company is amazing. I love all their options from renting regular offices, being able to come in and rent a conference room for a couple of hours to actually renting their open space where you can use their lobby to work. I am so glad I found this place! If you need a place to get away and work just come and try it out and you'll see how awesome it is!

The location of the building is great and it is very well done on the inside. The conference rooms are very modern and the offices are very nice as well.

I recently had a meeting at these new executive suites. Sure wish they had been open when I lived & worked in Carrollwood. The finishes are really nice! A very urban feel. I thought I was in downtown St. Pete or Miami. I'll be back to use the conference room next time I have a meeting in North Tampa.

I absolutely love this building, from the coffee bar to the trail mix and massage chair :)

This is a GREAT place to conduct business, new offices are spacious, easy access in and out of the building and the staff (Tara and Keely) are Fantastic!! Nice big kitchen with an area to sit down and eat when taking a break from work...Clients have a big waiting lounge with a TV to watch or a quiet space to sit and read or work as needed. The building is located just off of Dale Mabry Hwy so it is easy to get to from all directions and in a neighborhood that has restaurants and shopping close by.....Makes going to work enjoyable!
