love this place! It's organic and you can tell they care about their products and customers. The value you're getting for the quality is amazing and their selection is on point as well. Glad this place is open for business and supports the Tampa community. Highly recommend.

To all parties reading this, as I have mentioned in my past reviews Shai Ortiz is a liar and a manipulator. My husband and myself have entered this establishment only to purchase product and attempts to conduct business. For Shai to continue bullying and stalking my honest reviews and the time frame in between them and the lack of action taken or even attempting to consult with me regarding my first review is unprofessional as a business owner claiming to operate any type of business in the service industry. I have clear recordings of her continuously flirting with my husband commenting on his height, the way he dress and his hair, to even running out from the back because she want to give my husband a hug seductively is very unprofessional and no amount of good customer service would call for such behavior. Never once have we ever trespassed at this establishment nor was a threat ever made. I simply stated the facts, the lack of customer service skills and unprofessionalism at this establishment. Every time my husband has walked into this establishment by himself I was on the phone (AirPod) with my him unknowingly to her while she continues to flirt and make comments such as there are plenty more women like her in Puerto Rico when he never held any conversations with her that would call for such comments. She commented under my review to make it seem as though I am just a disgruntled customer which is far from the truth. Myself and my husband reviews are not the only one star reviews here. If you see Allison F, Drew S, and Kathy C they all gave one star but because they want to paint us as the bad guys she obviously chose to attack myself and my husband reviews only. Even her own employee have told my husband that she flirts with all the men that not only work there but the customers as well. Her flirting is how she gets half the employees that work there if you ever noticed they are/were all men. But where was this supposed zero tolerance policy when another customer was clearly threatening my husband while he was in their store waiting to be serviced in the presence of Brandon and his girl? I sat in the car and watched as the guy walked by the store doubled back entered the store and still didn't purchase anything all while Brandon his girl both kept their heads down as though nothing wasn't happening. Where was the zero tolerance policy when there was 2-3 gunshots through the front glass you guys replaced? Where was the zero tolerance policy when the UPS employee allegedly stole your package? If I was lying why didn't Shai play back her cameras as she tired to do under Allison's review when they pulled her up on their lies on false advertisement. If anyone want to continue supporting this business seeing how they treat ex customers when they voice their honest opinions and give feedback then I don't know what to say but there are many more places other than Siesta that's not to far that sells better quality products and their customer service is more professional and more welcoming. If this is how she reacts when you speak the truth imagine the many different ways she has already been manipulating the public's view of this business. You don't know anything about myself or where I came from but because we stopped spending our money here and realizing their unprofessional now were the bad guys right? Unbelievable!Shai please stop smoking your supply because I think you're becoming delusional. I can say that since I have stopped using your product my mind has never been more clear and at ease knowing I'm not being contaminated. It is people like Shai that will drive a Business straight to the earth's core with their bad energy and rotten behavior. I don't understand why a report would be filed with authorities when it is clear from the comments and reviews that they are the issue here and they continue to stalk our yelp acts even after we stopped going here since early June. You can't trespass someone that stop shopping here with absolutely no plans to return?All I have to say as an Accountant and business professional I have worked with many Business owners and I can splint them into two types. The ones that know what they are doing and understand what it takes to have and maintain a successful business and then there are the others that don't know shit and it's all a show. But if you are trying to purchase good product, receive professional honest customer service and feel valued as a customer then you should check out Lexi or Lana over at Lizard smoke shop, Fly smoke shop or MUV (for this that have their medical card). Trust me you won't regret it and you'll start to see the difference in customer service and you would feel more welcomed and safer sharing your personal info even though they don't ask for it (but you still need to be over 21 FYI). ACCOUNTABILITY IS A HARD PILL TO SWALLOW!! To my fellow yelpers please stay safe and make wise choices on who you support.

I had a poor experience with the "dispensary" even though the staff I met was super friendly. I left my genuine opinion in a review. I had been contacted by someone from the store to possibly get me to change the review to a positive by way of coupon or discount and I just didn't want to. I received a Yelp message from someone again from the store and was threatened that they would post a video of me ... doing exactly what I said, purchasing a product. I definitely purchased from the store. But anyway. Now I really can't even say "buyer beware" I just gotta say there's angry people responding to simple yelp reviews like they get paid for it. They just suggested I'm the one getting paid lol. It's a Yelp review, and I've been doing it for years and never had a negative interaction like this. It's absurd. Their response to all of this speaks for itself. Avoid!

This place doesn't clarify if the vape pens you buy are dispensary grade the vape pen I tried seemed like something fake from a smoke shop definitely not something I would recommend to anyone Also doesn't clearly state on the main website page it isn't realDefinitely not the best in town try Rise or muv

I was told that this was the real deal but after buying their product and then reading more on their web site I think not. I went against my better judgement and tried it anyways. The product did nothing for me, it had very little smell and gave me a headache. Luckily I was able to return the unused product. The person I spoke to on the phone assured me it was 18-21% thc but the package states 0.3 thc. Bottom line don't fall for signs on the side of the road that say Dispensery No Card Needed. ITs HEMP NOT Cannabis. if you are use to the real deal you can definitely tell the difference. I will never ever fall for this again. if you open one of my jars at my place the smell is overpowering and that is what I expected if it is the Real Deal. I was very dissappointed to say the least.
