Showtown Bar & Grill

Simply the best bar food I've had. Their wings, onion rings, and loaded tots are the best. I come here with the neighborhood guys every once in a while and always look forward to it. It's a great little bar. Don't be intimidated by it, the customers and the wait staff have always been good and friendly. Need to mention the wait staff again. They are just a happy bunch of girls happy to see us. I've had lots of wings in my life, and I think these are the best.

They call it a dive bar but looks can be deceiving. Great bar food, with weekly Taco Tuesday, Wing Wednesday, and a really tasty grilled cheese. Been in business 40 years. Two pool tables and a large bar. Servers are friendly and the drinks are generous.

So m just going to apologize up front. I don't have any photos of this place. We went here on an invitation from the owner which we met at another bar. So showtime is a dive var that has been in the area for decades. The owner I met inherited the business from her grandparents who had built the place back in the 80s. The space is nice with a decent amount of seating. The beer was cold and the food was warm. The staff took good care of us and the place was clean. We enjoyed ourselves and would go again if invited.

"Was" the best wing spot give is some time to figure out the cook in the kitchen. Ordered my usual 2 dozen wings blackened and they came out black alright but nothing to do with seasoning. Barmaid was accommodating and apologized and took a order for something else as we sent back those. Man I used to swear to everyone and talk about how great wings were here they literally were the best wings. I hope this comes back. What has happened is they expanded their menu and added flatbreads, salads, tacos and a variety sandwiches. Those are good as are the flatbreads and salads. So def a up and coming dive bar turned sports bar. They have live music on Saturdays and karaoke on Fridays and a couple of other things going on in place of but always entertainment on Friday and Saturdays

I don't even want to review this place because I love it so much and I want it kept as a hidden gem. But in all fairness, it needs the 5 star review it deserves. Absolute fabulous dive off of 41 in Gibtown. My full shadoozie when I seek a place to escape to for whatever reason: super cheap/strong drinks, a great menu of really good food items, sports coverage, lively & friendly crowd, PHENOMENAL bar staff and easy parking. Clean, dark and handsome. I love going here.

Our favorite hidden gem. Most may think this is a dive bar but we are fortunate enough to have this close by. Always super cold inside and the beers match the coldness. Bring a jacket but preferably a motorcycle one.Fun people inside no matter what time of day.Whenever we have out of town visitors, this is a must stop for the experience along with Beer Shed. Service is always super friendly.

Things started off good.. server gave a few recommendations and things she didn't like and seemed pleasant.Food was very good, I ordered patty melt with the tater tots.Problem was when I received bill. First I just got the credit card total receipt and not the itemized.I had a feeling the bill was a little high and asked for the itemized receipt.I then saw I was charged $1.50 for the side of tater tots in addition to the $12.99 for the sandwich but the tip of the menu says all burgers, sandwiches come with choice of fresh cut fries, regular fries or tots.I brought it to the servers attention that there was an overcharge and she said "No I did it right there's an upcharge for the tots" I then showed her the menu and the manager came over.The manager said "well, I'm going to go ahead and give you your $1.50 back but there is an up charge for the tater tots" I again showed her the menu. She then stated that the option for tots as a side was a misprint. I asked and how am I suppose to know that and how is that my problem? How many people do you charge for tots as a side and they don't even know it? What could have been a good experience ruined by lack of common sense and complete stupidity.

Super friendly employees and great food. The flat bread pizza is fantastic. Best burgers in the whole area.

Having fun while feeling up your tummy was the best experience ever! You should try and visit this place and see it for yourself. Staff was also very accommodating.

I have been goin here since I was a kid. Has had amazing food the WHOLE time. The black and blue burger is my favorite. They will make anything you want if they have it in the kitchen. Great service and great food. Bottom line.
