I come across a farmer market when I drove along Sheldon Road. This market is close to Town n Country area which has a lot Hispanic community. A lot people come to have the grocery here. Many items they sell is mainly for the Hispanic dish. I see coconut, yuca, plantain, malanga root, Nampi. I found out the nampi is taro. Isn't is strange looking root. They also have flowers, tomato, bell peppers, cucumber, onion, grape for you to pick up. What is interesting is they also sell tamales which I see they still cooking. I will try the tamale on my next visit. They also has maiz criollo which is corn. At the back of the market, they were cooking something with flame. Not sure what it is. It will be interesting to explore next time close to noon. If you don't like the Rose flower, they have the sun flowers also.

This is great place for fresh produce, meats and Latin food (i.e. tamales). This place has saved me hundreds of dollars on produce. Some things don't look as nice but they are the real thing, delicious and fresh.
