Just by chance we saw the small marquee displaying the multiple international flags, if you blink you'll miss the turn into the plaza. The bakery is the second to last store front that sits perpendicular to the road which makes this gem hard to spot. But this isn't one to miss! The moment you walk in the delicious smell of curry permeates the air, and you're immediately ready to eat! This petite Bakery and Grocery may be small, but they're turning out some huge flavor! Today we tried the curry chicken, and the curry mutton, both are served with potatoes that cook with the meats, and a hot, fresh, hubcap sized roti -- ridiculously good! They also have hot, quick grab bites, and we tried the beef patties, and the jerk chicken patties. The beef was spiced perfect, but if you want to kick it up a notch their in house hot sauce was a perfect topper, but that sauce isn't for the faint of heart! While the hot meals were being prepped we strolled around the small store and grabbed some internal goodies for sides and to take home. Nice selection of West Indian Queen drinks, which not everyone carries, banana is my absolute favorite! My husband was happy to find Carib, which he hasn't had since our last trip to Miami. They don't have a menu posted (we talked to the owner, and he was letting us know what was available) it's a small paper one you can look through, which we grabbed on the way out, and I'm honestly excited to go back!
