Sam's Gyros and Seafood

Sam's was one of just a few restaurants open right after Hurricane Milton. Powered by a generator! Despite all our trauma from the hurricane lol they provided great customer service and everyone was so positive! I had the falafel and fries and they were delicious! Even my cat was grateful they were open (see pic) Thank you for everything guys!

Food is great here and the service is amazing too. Talking to Tae and Max today you can tell why. Both of them are great at what they do. Always coming back here.

I accidentally ordered from here instead of Salem's on Uber eats and what a disappointment. The sandwich looked like it sat for three hours, not fresh at all. Bits n pieces of gyro meat on top of a soggy flat tomato with maybe three onion pieces. The tzatziki sauce was watery. Won't make that mistake again. Do better Sam!

I was looking forward to eating some good food from Sam's. I was very disappointed in the take-away order. I ordered the shrimp rice bowl. I asked for no peppers which they did. The dish should have included black beans and mushrooms but had neither. Description said boom boom sauce but what little sauce there was didn't taste like anything. I will say the order came on time so that's something. I probably won't order again.

Made a quick little pit stop on my way home from my anniversary vacay in St.Pete. Found this little Gem tucked away, but thank goodness we found it. My partner and I were really craving comforting food on the way home from the beach and this place hit every spot. First of all the service was great, my favorite kind of service, quick & helpful but with the best attitude, bonus points because she paid attention to detail when i asked for sauces, she brought me other ones she thought i'd like. The philly was so yummy my partner ate it in 9 minutes (record time), I ordered the OG chicken and fries but OOOOOF i know you know what i'm talking about when they have the crispy tenders and fries, the best way to make them. We saw they had shrimp on the menu and we had to get an order of that to share. The seasoning was perfect, cajun spices with a little kick. Everything came out fast, the seats were nice and I am greatful to have found this gem. The place could have been decorated better but honestly these are the spots with the best food!

Amazing gyro and Philly cheese steak! Best cheese steak I've had in a while. Will definitely return for great service and food.

A hidden gem that we stumbled into but what a treat! First the place is small but feels bigger. Second a very comfortable feeling between the owner a a widely varied community. Third and most important the food, the value and the quality. The place is very well maintained and it serves a lot of takeout to locals. My platter was extremely well proportioned and the onion rings were as good as any I have had in much more expensive places. A tasty fish filet and 10 large shrimp fried to perfection $10 INCLUDING drink. I had fresh ice tea. Mostly counter service but the owner delivered our food with a secret seafood sauce he related to his grandmother. In St. Petersburg you could spend a lot more but why? Fried Shrimp

Met friends for dinner there last night. My basa fish and shrimp were mediocre and they have no tartar or cocktail sauce? The fried okra was so overcooked it was almost black. My friends ordered a gyro and mozzarella sticks and they took forever to be cooked and were served Stone cold! Not a great experience at all.

Well, sadly for me, here I am again. I've ordered gyros here from the Uber Eats app 3 out of 4 days & I am puzzled by the quality of food here vs The cost. The food is absolutely amazing and travels 25-30 minutes to get here. I'm blown away by the cost and I'm sure I will probably order some gyros from here Friday (it's Tuesday).

Ordered from this place off of Uber eats under their alternate name of pasta bowl & seafood - located at the exact same address. I tried their fried shrimp Alfredo and their cheesecake brownie. The entirety of the day after, I have been experiencing the most vile food poisoning I have ever had in my life. Extreme stomach pain, nonstop bathroom trips coming out of both ends. Seriously save yourself an immense amount of pain and eat literally ANYWHERE else.
