Sam's Beach Bar

Ambiance was looking for d so if that's what your going for it was a good time. We had just finished a wedding and it was too much for is but the people looked like they were having a good time.

Been here a couple of times now. Great spot for cold, strong cocktails and amazing sunsets. The bartenders are great and still nice under pressure. It gets pretty busy around sunset however I've never had an issue finding a seat at the bar or parking for that matter. It's a great spot. Beautiful views.Oh and the food! Good! Large portions and very reasonable prices for a beach spot!

Loved this place for the views! Its well located by the water and there is a little beach adjacent to it you can relax at. Wonderful place to watch the sunset and plenty of seating in the shade. So many cocktail options to pick from! I had a refreshing strawberry daquiri, and all around people seemed to like their drinks. My favorite bite was the coconut shrimp, came with a sweet dip that went perfectly with the cruncy shrimp. I could definitely see myself returning here if I'm in the area again!

The view of the water was awesome. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the food. He helped make our decision.Happy hour offered $2 off a beer! There are many other things I want to try so we will be back. The pepperoni overload pizza is a dream come true. The entire pizza is covered with pepperoni.It was a wonderful time and reasonable prices too

Great atmosphere, great food. Stopped into Sam's Beach Bar to enjoy a beautiful spring Sunday afternoon. Lunch was spot on, arrived to the table shortly after ordering. Grouper Bites for me, Fried Shrimp for my girlfriend. Both excellent, good seasoning and fried to perfection. Couple Reef Donkey Pale Ales to complete the meal and we're in heaven. Definitely on my return list....

Great ambience with two outside bar areas. Mahi Mahi tacos were amazing! Mango salsa and guac was on the side and it put these tacos over the top! I subbed fries for the beans and rice which I do not regret. Service from the bar tenders was on point.

Nice beach bar on Hudson's small beach area. We had wonderful seats out on the deck, it was the first of our coolish days and it was absolutely perfect Our service was ok nothing to write home about. Drinks went dry, but the orders were correct. And the food was absolutely delicious. We started with the coconut shrimp, and the shrimp were large and juicy I had a large salad, no protein needed, my friend had fries and clam chowder which was not terrible, but not amazing

The service at the Tiki Bar was terrible. Hardly acknowledged us when we wanted another drink or pay our tab. Disapointed since we have been customers for over 30 years. The lady bartender was waiting for her shift to end and never said thank you. Recommend bar tenders who are attentive and have a personality.

Sorry to say this was one of the most disappointing dinner experiences we have ever had. This place on the water is the place to go dining and watching the sunset. Quick to the point.Ordered Calamari as appetizer. . Arrived at the table after the main meal served. Cold and extremely over breaded. Fish and chips. Fish mushy, heavily overcooked and mushy. Mac and cheese. Cold and unflavored. Forgot what the other meal ordered was, but this too was discarded mostly uneaten. I don't leave such negative reviews unless the meal or service was exceptionally bad , and today was that case. Although the sunset was beautiful as always.

Worst service ever. I wouldn't recommend it. Allowed people to change table which impacted others to get service. Staff was rude and combative. Couldn't care less about customers. I will not be giving them my money again and would not recommend it to anyone else!
