Delicious culinary creations from small tapas to entrees; lovely presentation of the charcuterie/grazing table. Staff was friendly and professional.

We will be doing our wedding catering through SaltBlock and we could not be more excited. We recently did our menu tasting and were so happy with the food and even the staff helping with the tasting were so polite and professional. If you work with Ryan, he's extremely attentive to details and will make sure you are happy with your menu.The thing that helped us make our decision was the presentation of the food, which I think it's super important for the overall experience at an event. Not only is all their food delicious, it's presented beautifully. They also have great unique additions for catering, such as their oyster cart for fresh shucked oysters in happy hour, the salt mine which is a large beautifully displayed 8ft cheese and charcuterie board and the dessert mine, a large 8ft dessert spread. We will be doing family style, a fun in between option between plated and buffet. If you are looking for catering for any event, especially wedding catering, I would highly recommend this company! Your guests won't be able to stop raving about the food.

They catered our daughter's wedding and the food was super delicious. The staff was always courteous and helpful. We tasted several other vendors and none matched them. With the requests that we made for customized menu items, the selection fit our tastes perfectly. I recommend this company for any event you plan to have where you want excellent food and service.

This place unprofessional and disgusting they leave their food out over night in the open not caring about the health or the quality of their food they serve , I've seen cooks handle food with out gloves , sticking their finger into a pot to taste the flavor. I would t recommend this company to anyone.

Salt Box Catering and Events created an amazing menu for our recent dinner party. Lyndell, Chef Lead, came to our house and artistically prepared the 3 appetizers (ceviche, stuffed mushrooms with ricotta, and filet mini sliders), caesar salad and two mains courses (Chicken Marsala and Mojo Pork). The roasted veggies were good and the charred corn was absolutely amazing. The presentation was beautiful and all stayed warm for when the 18 guests arrived. Someone said the "pork was to die for" and the chicken was just as good. People raved about the food and we have been enjoying leftovers. Everything was truly delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to use SaltBlock Hospitality again.

I was looking for a non-traditional caterer for a holiday party for 20 people. I am so glad we chose Saltblock. The experience was fantastic from planning with Ryan to execution by Scott, Nick, Rihanna (sp?) and Damien. Everyone we worked with was unbelievably nice and professional. The food was fantastic...fresh ingredients and definitely not your typically catering food (in a good way). And I loved the fun, innovative presentation. I cannot recommend Saltblock enough!

I highly recommend Saltblock for your catering needs. I recently utilized them for my wife's birthday party at our house. The food and service were excellent. Everyone was highly professional and they delivered as promised. I even left glasses and plates around the house to test them during the party and they were always cleaned up in a timely manner. All of my guests were also impressed & inquired who I was using so they could hire them in the future.

Wanted to charge $5k for catering for 12 people because "it's the end of the year". Greedy and wasted my time.Update: To be clear, when I inquired I told your rep $1000-$1500 and she said that was "great". I had to chase her down to find out you wanted $5k. I stand by my comment: greedy and a waste of time. Also, nice job putting out the details of a future private event on Yelp. Very professional.

I honestly don't know where to begin when describing the incredible experience I had with SaltBlock Catering. I have had and attended many events involving catering, but never like SaltBlock Catering. From the first phone call/email to the saying goodbye and thank you at the end of the evening to Chef Mike and Moses, everything was perfect! Ryan and Arizona, who helped me put it all together, WOW!! 5 star service and ridiculously delicious food! I am still getting thank yous from the guests saying it was one of the best dinner parties and food experiences they have ever had! Unbelievable!! They just catered my daughters wedding last weekend at the Tampa museum of Art and it was FLAWLESS! The brisket was to die for and all entrees, sides, salad out of this world!!!! The service and setup impeccable and definately add the nitro ice cream bar with toppings! Was a huge hit to go with cake! Excellent vendor!
