This is a great food truck with some gourmet meaty eats, often found stationary off Harden Blvd near Carlton Music, just south of Ariana from about 11 to 2:30 (if not at a special event). I have driven by for months and not been lucky enuf to find it open. Until today. And wow. They have 7 "mains" or entrees, each enticing in its own right, hovering at $9-$12, 3 small bites (or sides). And menu changes about weekly with some elements remaining the same. They rock in the smokey brisket grilled cheese department, large bread, thickly smoked and tasty meat, gooey cheese just the right sear on the grilled greased bread. It was heavily garlicked and just oozy comfort food. Fries looked beautiful, were not overly salted and went well with the green onion ranch dip provided. Could easily feed two. Not thrilled with "Coke Zero" over Diet Coke but wasn't there for the drinks. Looks like they are wicked good with the poblano pepper, burgers are crazy huge, so much to come back and try. They are "SLOW" food, especially if you get behind the guy ordering 4 sandwiches. Heard some call-in orders, menu on FB. Picnic area clean and umbrella-covered. So come prepared to enjoy the day and the divine eats. They're worth waiting for.

I understand Covid-19, but it's ridiculously slow to order and receive your food , ridiculous! you're a food truck you should be prepared for handling large volumes or small volumes especially when so much of what you sell is prepared. The food taste greet but attitude and service sucked .

The food is always delicious. There has never been a bad eating experience at this food truck. This is by far the best food truck in Lakeland.

Probably the best food truck I've ever had. Took a bit longer since there was a long line but understandable and worth it.

Food is good -- was just surprised to see the employees handling food without gloves, especially during a pandemic.. so if you're concerned about that sort of thing, it should be noted.

The food...absolutely impeccable! I'm vegetarian & I just had to make an exception for these ribs! They're very meaty with a crunchy outside layer. They almost have a little Japanese twist on them. The portions are heavy & I love every thing about it! My mouth is watering just writing this review! I have to give them props because they were slammed with orders and they were pumping out food in a timely manner! Rumor has it that it's even better as left overs the next day! This is a MUST go to spot.#RIB-diculouslyGood

We had the privilege of eating from this truck at Swan Brewing today. The portions, pricing and quality are all amazing!I wish we got pictures of the food, but I completely forgot.We got the buffalo dip, queso fries, quesadilla and chicken sandwich. All were fresh and super delicious. The quesadilla was so large, there was enough for two meals. We wanted to try more, but were too full to do so.If you get the chance to try them out, don't miss it!

Wow! I wish I had pics to share. We went to The Yard for food and drinks and YES. Tomato basil soup with a crunchy crouton for every bite. The fries! Home made fried and delish. Philly cheesesteak with lots of gooey cheese and toasty bread. The ultimate fried chicken sandwich- so much going on and it worked so well. Owner/chef was super nice

The food is fresh. Falafel seemed overcooked; cilantro was almost unable to be tasted. Cuke salad was ok. Not worth a 50 minute wait for food truck appetizers though.

Great food truck, good fresh food. They'll customize your order for you (I personally hate horseradish) and I've never had them make a mistake. The grilled cheese is amazing. Their fries are simple yet unique. You can tell they use quality meats instead of overly processed or frozen meats. It's well worth paying a tiny bit extra for. Top three food trucks in Lakeland, in my opinion.
