Really nice size bakery with lots of welcoming seating, and what seemed like a good variety of pastries. Sadly, by 3pm on a Saturday, lots of the display cases were already empty. I came in here to order a cheese pastry (quesito) for my husband, and luckily, there was 1 left. And while there, I saw what was labeled as a passion fruit mousse, so naturally, I had to order to try. My expectations of a mousse dessert is a soft, light and silky texture, and here is where this bakery missed the mark completely. You can see in the pictures, the texture was far from silky - in fact - it was more like a sour curd. I was so disappointed as I was already home and so looked forward to it. I wonder if I simply got a bad one, or if it was old and had been sitting there to curd. There are so many great bakeries in town, that I am not sure this visit earned a return. My advice on any mousse's here, is to check before leaving the store. I wish I had.

I came in on a Saturday morning. They are pretty busy but well staffed so I didn't wait long. Visually appealing, it's hard to choose your pastries because there's so many options! I ended up ordering pastel de carne , quest y guayaba pastry , (looks like a filled round pretzel), jamon y quest croissant , croissant with queso only, and the cappuccino cake. I didn't care for the pastel de carne. The filling was extremely dry and I think the filling is old but the pastry was fresh. I took a couple of bites and decided it may not be their best day for that particular item. Everything else was good. Their pastries are fresh. I wish they would toast the croissants longer, the inside was still a bit cold. With a busy line I don't blame them for trying to get the croissant in and out of the toaster. I want to try their coffee and other frappes next time I'm in town!

ME Conocen por el gringo q habla espanol pero aya en Sabores Bakery te sirven como si fueras un familiar.. Ricos panes, y empanadas tan buenas.. PUEDES comer adentro tmb con mesero.. Stop by after work out. I should not! But I did! The cheese bread is soooooooo delicious! Soft and cheesy. The deserts are not overly sweet. For someone doesn't like too much sugar, I'm ok with those. The fruit mousse is great! I had the passion fruit one. I would love to try soursop next time! Enjoyed! The only thing I would remind myself is, that the cappuccino is sweetened.... Next time I will make sure to order no sugar! I recommend it to all my friends

I ordered a chicken sandwich, it was big but unfortunately it was only 2 small pieces of chicken per slice, the rest a lot of bread and mayo. Employee have a lot of foul language while talking on the phone in front of costumer.
