Date of Visit: 02/15/25It was Saturday morning and the wife and I got an early start to our day and was wanting to try this place out. We not aware they close at two, breakfast and lunch only. To day was breakfast. If you have not been here it is somewhat secluded in what was once the Mickey Rat's Plaza, for those that have been around.Once we entered the parking lot we could see it in the back...One we entered we were greeted "Please sit where you like". We found a table in the back, perfect, from there we could take in the whole place. There is a map at the entrance where patrons can pin their home town, their gonna need a bigger map!Looking over the menu it's your standard diner menu...eggs over medium, home fries, bacon and rye toast. The wife had to have the biscuits and gravy, favorite. Also a cinnamon bun was needed and we both had orange juice. We had a chance to check the place out while our order was being prepared, that's how my wife spotted the map. Also I could tell this is a family owned and operated business. Our food arrived and the first I notice was the size of order my received of B&G, and it was a half order (see photo). And my eggs came out perfect (see photo), also they have good section of hot sauces too.If your needing a great breakfast and passing by, stop in and give it a try. Peace.

My husband and I stopped in recently for a quick Sunday breakfast. It's a very clean and true to theme family diner They have a variety of traditional breakfasts as well as lunch items you'd expect to find in a diner. Solid hot diner coffee to start us off. My husband ordered a breakfast platter work eggs, bacon, home fries, and fresh baked toast. I enjoyed the Belgian waffle with strawberries. The food was solid and service was great, alone with their prices. We will definitely return!

For a diner that's only open 30 hrs a week the food and service are above average. Here in Florida we are about as far from the actual historic Rt 66 as you can get, but the decor is reminiscent of actual Rt 66 diners. The desserts are worth going for all by themselves.

Great family owned and operated diner in Pinellas Park. Service was impeccable on a Saturday morning. We went for the Saturday Cinnamon Bun special and they did not disappoint! I'm Gluten free, so the photo is my GF roll, my son and Hubs got the regular ones and were equally impressed. Sorry, I took a bite before the photo, came out hot and gooey and couldn't tell was gluten free.We each ordered breakfast and again were impressed. Huge servings, fast service, hot food cooked perfectly. Biscuits and gravy, egg platter, and my gluten free boneless chicken and waffle with mildly hot honey. Haven't had fried chicken in years, this was cooked to perfection, moist, tender and crispy. Please support this diner, they offer lunch and desserts too. The gluten free and regular pies looked wonderful.Cute red, white, & black diner decor with a few Halloween decorations added right now.

Friendly service, family atmosphere, and simple no frills eating. The menu is very reasonably priced. I had to do a double take and ask my partner if the prices were real. The meat omelet was fluffy and savory. The potatoes were very crispy which I love and they served a generous amount of toast that hasn't been slathered in butter. The cheddar cheese used was sharp and flavorful. The portions were smaller but for the price point I am absolutely fine with it. I don't need gigantic portions of leftover eggs so the sizing was perfect for my needs. I do wish the waffle had been a bit more generous since we only got a single waffle. The place is still new so they have plenty of room to improve. I wish I had gotten more refills on water but I've always been more hydrated than the average person. When we came in we were told to sit "anywhere we like". The booth we chose was dirty and had menus on it making me wonder if someone had haphazardly 'cleaned' the table and then tossed menus on it. No big deal, just something that stuck out to me. I would totally come back here for another round. The price point and food itself were good! I'm always much more forgiving of small businesses.

A must stop! Although the menu is small, my husband and I just happened to order the largest items on it (Breakfast Burrito and Breakfast Nachos). They were both delicious and waaaay too much for one person to eat. The prices won't break the bank. The atmosphere was inviting, with a retro feeling, and the service was excellent (I believe our waiter was the owners grandson - he was very attentive and kind). We will definitely go back. On a side note, the Upside App offers a discount!

The deco brings you back to the 60's. The service is friendly and so as the price. Portion is not big, but just right for me.
