The food is so good!! No complaints there. The service is hectic as they will send out one persons meal and then if you order sushi you might not get your roll until the other person is finished with their meal. The rolls will also come to you one at a time if you order multiple. Something to think about if you want to get sushi, I imagine you might want to order for pickup.

I've been to this place twice now, (only because I don't live in the area) but is is very good! The staff are very nice as well. It's a very small restaurant, about 10-12 tables depending on the party size. The 1st time I went I got a poke bowl, but I decided to just get a sushi roll this time.

The nook of yum is situated in the very back of a non-descript plaza with a mix of eclectic businesses and a tap room. The star is Rooster Thai!First off, appetizers. We ordered the spicy garlic edamame of the special board and the crab rangoon. Then we hit the sushi including some rolls and some nigiri. Every single thing was great. They had signs up saying they were short staffed and asking for patience. I didnt need any because the service was spot on. The sushi making was really really well done. This is the One if you live in Pasco or Hernando County and worth a trip for any sushi lovers coming up from Hillsborough or Pinellas County - Enjoy!

We picked up sushi and Thai for family. This place was hopping. Everything from the crab ragoon, spring rolls, edamame, curry, and assorted sushi rolls were amazing and fresh. They are a little slow but clearly everything fresh and made with love. If ordering carrying out plan an hour ahead from desired pick up. If dining in be patient. It's worth the wait.

This place is absolutely incredible! I just moved back to Florida from California and my friend recommended this spot, which I would have never found. It's unassuming in a little plaza off the side of US 19. We arrived around 4:30pm and I'm glad we did because it got very busy around 5:30pm. I'm not even going to bother listing the long list of sushi rolls and nigiri that we ordered because everything was so amazing. I will tell you some of our favorites- Angel Roll, Smoked Yellowtail, Hamachi Jalapeño Sashimi, Volcano Roll. I can't speak enough about the quality of the fish here. The fresh seafood selection is limited in terms of sashimi and nigiri because they only serve the best of the best. The service was incredible! There was not one moment we weren't being helped or engaging in friendly conversation. Da, Janine, Dan and Sarah took care of us and they were all so sweet. I can't wait to come back here and try the Thai food!

After reading the reviews we decided to give this sushi/Thai spot a try. Our server was very friendly, however there was one woman (she acted like a manager) that seemed to be annoyed and just having an off day. She took care of folks but her abrasiveness definitely showcased in her delivery. We started with crab rangoons and gyoza. The rangoons were delicious, I wouldn't order the potstickers again. We got a few rolls one was on the specials board and a spicy salmon. We also did yellowtail sashimi. All the sushi had great flavor and fish tasted fresh. My husband always tries the pad Thai when we first try a new Thai restaurant. The first few bites were good but became overly sweet very quickly. Overall nice experience, I wouldn't go out of my way to go back though.

We dined here on a Saturday around 1 pm. The restaurant is small but had a variety of table sizes and two outdoor tables. It was clean and they had cute decorations. The sushi menu is pretty large. We started with the appetizer sampler platter. The crab Rangoon was my favorite but they were all tasty and crispy! Very fresh. We had three sushi rolls: Mexican, Tampa and Super crunch roll. The rolls had just the right amount of rice to ingredient ratio. Some sushi places load the rolls up with rice and I don't like that. These rolls were excellent! The service was great. I'd eat here again for sure!

My favorite sushi place now. Even though it's about a 90 minute drive (one-way), we have been there 4 times this year and each time it's been a great experience. Food has consistently been excellent, as well as their customer service. The setting is quiet enough as well to enjoy a conversation. My favorites: salmon rolls, unagi, & wonton soup; my husband really loves the pineapple fried rice. He also got some additional sushi rolls I didn't seem to take pictures of (all were great he said). Can't wait til our next visit!
