Rise Kitchen & Deli - Seminole Hard Rock

Sierra/Ciara (sorry, I don't know how to spell her name) was amazing tonight! And so was the rest of the staff working around 2am Saturday night (Sunday morning). The roasted chicken meal was pretty tasty. The chicken skin was perfectly crispy although the breast got a little dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good but the brussel sprouts were meh. My boyfriend got the chicken salad sandwich with fries. He said the chicken salad was tasty but bread wasn't fresh. Fries were pretty good. The "strawberry tall" dessert was yummyy. Simple but yummy. We would come back and probably try something else. The staff is on point! And they're open late!

We stopped for breakfast after spending the night at the hotel. The menu has a nice variety of breakfast choices and our server was quick to bring coffee...which was very strong.I settled on 2 eggs, bacon, toast and hash browns. The food arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. The hash browns were my favorite. Everything was good and we got more coffee when requested.Good breakfast stop

(From August 2024)After the 311 show, I got hungry and searched for a spot to grub. This was the only spot that had some open seating so I grabbed a spot at the bar and scanned the menu. The bar seats were getting filled as a few tables were occupied but there is a good amount of seating available. Noticed that there was a group stumbling in that got a bit loud while looking for seating. Made me contemplate if I should go elsewhere but decided to stick around once the bartender brought my water and glass of merlot. Props for the quick and attentive service.As for food, I started with the wings which were real saucy with a bit of spice. Not bad although it's pricy at $17. Came with about 8 of them with split drums and flats. If you're desperate for wings, go for it. After polishing those, I decided on the Cuban sandwich with a side of green beans. The sandwich had some salami and the bread was buttered and nicely toasted. Flavor-wise, it wasn't bad; I appreciate the extra meat with the salami but I'm more of a traditionalist when it comes to sandwiches like the Cuban. Green beans were in some oil and nicely seasoned, made me feel better about the wings and cuban after eating them.It's located within the casino and open for breakfast too. While food is ok, the service is quick so you'll get your food/drinks efficiently.

I had the soup of the day, which was pea soup. It was excellent. Just like homemade. Not too salty which most soups are. The corned beef Rubin was very tasty. Although I like the open face Rubin's , this was very tasty. Our server was prompt and attentive. No complaints here. If you're at the Hard Rock in Tampa, Fl stop in for a good lunch or dinner.

Cheeseburger and fries lunch at Rise. Thick juicy patty, great char flavor, hot crispy fries....as good as it gets. Nice place, excellent service. Do it! Now!

Went to the casino for lunch and decided on Rise. Their menu is quite large. Got there at 1pm and got seated right away. They do have all day breakfast options as well on the menu. I chose the Patti melt without onions and French fries. The size of the sandwich was huge and the fries were very crispy. The bread was a seeded rye which was very tasty. The only downside was the slow service. I would definitely go back and try some of the other menu options.

This is the main breakfast place in the Hard Rock Hotel. I love going to this place every morning for their mushroom and onion omelette not for the coffee. The raspberry and grape jellies are amazing on toast. The hostess and the waiter was pleasant and the food was served within 10 minutes. A must try place when here on vacation.

This is my go to spot when I come to Hard Rock casino. The waitress acknowledged me when I sat down. One of many restaurants you can choose from. I like to keep it simple and inexpensive. I started out with my favorite chai tea latte. It was served in a paper cup. I am dining in. Where is my cup ans saucer. No problem. The chai was creamy just like I love it. You go, barista! I ordered my usual, western omelet, rye toast and fresh fruit.

The place is cute and all i got was the banana nut bread and a decaf latte - just based on that and the great staff who were friendly, helpful and funny - I'd give it 5 stars. I mean come on, I didn't win the jackpot but at least some good coffee and banana nut bread ... made everything better.. i just realized how inappropriate a banana nut is

Seasoned Sweet Potatoe Fries are delish. Rise has hot or cold deli sandwiches, a half dozen hot plates, carrot cake, and all-day omelets. You can order alcohol, too, but it takes a while. Rise is a good place to sober up.
