Stopped last week to the BBQ trailer beside the main store. It was terrific. Ribs were soft and the sauce was great. Fries were decent needed a bit more seasoning but overall delicious. Service was good. Ordered based on cashier recommendations and he nailed it!

Just discovered this gem! Ordered a fresh turkey at Thanksgiving and it was amazing. When I got there to pick it up they were friendly and efficient, had my turkey all ready in a reusable freezer bag. Best turkey I have ever bought. Definitely recommend and I'll be back to try their impressive quality meats I saw, in the near future!

This place is a favorite with a deli counter serving sandwiches, desserts, potato balls, deviled crabs and more. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is lots of fresh meat to choose from including blueberry sausage, steaks and even different game meats. I also love all the bottled sodas to choose from. There is a down home feel to shopping here that you will love. Also check out Smokin Jo's BBQ right next to Rick's.

After my very short visit to plant city historic district. I needed to decide where to eat! I got so dizzy cuz someone forgets they have new limitations. I been going but her to butcher to find one i like best or has different n exotics options. By far this one has a nice variety in both regular to "exotics" they had Elk n alligator meat in the small freezer by the door. I totally forgot to ask them if they dabbled in ostrich meat n eggs. I will ask next time. I ordered the large cuban sandwich n omg! It was like eating a whole package of meat slices between bread lol so freaking delicious! I added the stuffed potatoes which didn't make it home and the cinnamon rolls. $2.99 with maple frosting. Soooo freaking gooood! I also added two brewed colas from the fridge. Oh yeah n they sell bones to! I got 3 beef bones cut in halves. Made delicious bone marrow butter. Ate the hell outa it. Im keeping the bones to process into art. Bones are great for big dogs to. Just slow roast them n dry em up, the dogs will love u. The gentleman sold them to me for $3lb. Freaking huge bones to. Im currently debating my next visit. I didn't notice the very obvious bbq grill smoke food truck literally inside their property lol im blind like a bat without my glasses lol i think during the week days is the best time to go there. I have driven by it on weekends n its thunder dome! Very popular market with the locals. It's actually small inside. Has a couple tables for guest to sit n eat. Half butcher half samishes shop. Big cooler with huge selection of drinks. Mini store in the middle. Cute yumy treats near the cash register, like pumpkin fudge. Then outside the parking lot has the food truck, it has to be freaking delicious cuz there's always people there. I will try n stop by this week, hell... i might go now! Lol
