Red’s BBQ Foodtruck

Food was decent , hard to catch them when they're open tho. 7/10 I went with my girl oma rainy Sunday and it was AMAZING ! But ... when I returned on a Tuesday (sun was out) the food was sub par and would've rather went to burger king and saved the money !!! Regardless I got food in my belly and wasted money so I can't complain :) !!!

The curbside service was great and the food was delicious! The turkey was just right on the sandwich. Loved the cheesy goodness of the mac and cheese, stringy melted cheese in every bite. And this was enough to fill me up through the afternoon and into the evening. Good value for the price!

Superb!The staff let's you order from your car and wait there while they prepare your ordered.My wufe got a smoked turkey poboy with a side of collards. I got a pulled pork poboy with a side of mac-n-cheese.The meats were tasty, tender and moist.Sauces were perfect and both side dishes were outstanding.My highest reccomendation for the food and the staff!

I'm not much of a BBQ eater but the husband requested a stop here and I'm so glad we did. You can order from your car. It seemed like the whole family was working and they were so so kind! They offered water while we waited, and brought samples of their moms brittle. The son made an ice cream out of the brittle, which was so amazing. A bit pricey, but it was delicious. We got the pulled turkey sandwich and the Mac and cheese. I'm a picky mac and cheese eater and I thoroughly enjoyed this one! The turkey was great too! My husband mostly ate the sandwich. We had it for lunch and he was still full at dinner! Big portions! Would 100% return . So nice to support a local family, especially when it is good! They mentioned the mom will have special holiday treats at the Tyrone mall for sale soon.

Hold up...this came from a food truck? For only $26? I am in disbelief. Steak cooked perfectly medium rare, tender and juicy. Gorgonzola cream sauce and fried onions on top really jazzed things up. Mac n cheese on point. I will be a regular customer for sure.

Best BBQ I've had in a long time. I like trying different things when I go to foodtrucks so I tried their Crab Mac & Cheese. Ooooo weeee it was good...lol

This is a horribly unreliable business. Their hours of operation is meaningless. This review is based on numerous attempts to eat there. Don't bother trying. They don't want your business.

Have you ever had a food combination that complimented each other so well? Well THIS is it. We got the Pulled Pork and Mac and Cheese. Oh my god. This is the best Mac and cheese hands down I've ever had. Seriously. I scraped the bottom of the styrofoam bowl clean. And the pulled pork was amaaazzzing. We got the mango and passion fruit Italian ice. Wow. And not to mention the two guys that run the place are so polite and even brought our food to our car so we didn't have to wait in the hot sun. Will probably be back tomorrow. No lie.

We drove down to St Pete from Palm Harbor after reading the review in the Tampa Bay Times. We were not disappointed in the least. Smoked turkey legs are a go to for my wife and I. Red's are great. My wife had the smoked turkey Por Boy and I had the shrimp stuffed turkey leg with pasta. What a sauce and melding of flavors!! We also got the crab Mac and cheese and the collard greens. I can see why the greens have won awards. They are really tasty. Ordering was easy as someone came to our car, took our order and brought us our food. It took just a few minutes. We can't wait wait to go back and try other items on the menu.
