Loveeee a good Canes moment. Going to college in a town that had Canes - everyone knew that Canes was the spot. So happy that I came across one in the Tampa area (even though it's a bit far from me). Simple review - Chicken is amazing & seasoned well, crinkle fries are superior, but the SAUCE... the sauce holds all the power here. See ya again soon Canes.

Super crazy busy and I just don't get the hype! 1/2 out of 5 stars. Unpopular opinion - It's bland chicken tenders (publix is better) and fries. Coleslaw is subpar and the sauce is OK. Everything is fried. Their menu has 0 variety and consist of chicken tenders, fries, bread and coleslaw. Nothing grilled and no salads or fresh fruit. This is the "idea" of food.

Food is hot and fresh and always served with a smile! The customer service is as expected and quite good.I usually run through the drive-thru but, the inside is what you expect. I can say, the dining area was not so clean and the floors were sticky. That the only thing I see that could improve

Stop by raising canes today, just to get lunch. Speedy service and phenomenal customer service.Ain't outside and went inside just to get a cup of ice for my cup, which was a personal cup and they still brought me an additional cup of ice. Definitely would recommend this location. Come enjoy some good food and fast service.

Ordered the 4 piece box. Chicken came out screaming hot, nice big pieces and very juicy. It needed more seasonings, I added salt and pepper. Love the dipping sauce. Fries were fresh and hot, and the cole slaw was good. Texas toast was toasted perfectly. My favorite is their sweet tea sweetened with Pure Cane sugar. Dining room was clean but it is very cold, most were sitting outside which has a very nice covered seating area. Bring a jacket if you plan on sitting inside. Makes sense that the cashier was wearing a Raising Cane's sweatshirt.

We got here around 1045 for late breffist/early lunch between other errands. This one is a lot quieter and lower key than the one on Gulf to Bay, thankfully. For one thing the employees don't hoot and holler. Order taker at the counter didn't even notice us for a minute and when he did, all he said was "what can I get for you?"We both got 3-finger combos sans toast for extra slaw. Doesn't even seem that the cup of slaw was much bigger than the ones on the other orders that came out subsequent to ours. Oh, well: at least I didn't have to toss out that godawful excuse for "Texas toast" they seem to think goes with an order of fried chicken tenders. What still mystifies me is their claim to make fries to order. I find that hard to believe since when our food FINALLY came out after about seven minutes, fries were already lukewarm and limp rather than hot and crisp. Tenders, on the other hand, were quite warm and crisp...go figure. Meanwhile, the people who were already waiting when we first arrived didn't get their food until AFTER we did. The next few people who came in afterward, oddly enough, all got their food in less than a minute. I suppose timing is everything after all...Slaw is still the same yummy stuff as previously, albeit in a (barely) bigger cup. Still beats their godawful toast crap, which is probably best to for lining the bottom of a birdcage. Also the same is their salty sauce for the tenders. A lot of folks swear by it; I don't. Tasted more like a salt laden remoulade than what I recalled from my previous visit to the other location in Clearwater. Most of the employees seemed to be keeping themselves busy doing different things when the store itself was quiet. It's good to see that these folks have something to do to justify the high prices. I say that is true with the exception of ONE redheaded employee. This girl did absolutely NOTHING but sit in a booth totally engaged in a tablet and totally disengaged FROM anything going on around her in the store. We were there for well over a half hour and this kid barely moved or did anything but gawk at that damn iPad or tablet. What kind of look does that present to the paying public choosing to "dine in"? While I'm sure the owner or manager can come up with some lame excuse or coverup, I still believe perceptions speak loudly. One good thing transpired out of this visit. My dear Queen Bee had her hankering for chicken tenders dispatched. I won't go too much farther on this particular note...I simply say the same thing as I did when we visited their sister location: "eh!"

Like a lot of people, I've heard great things about Raising Cane's. So I was looking forward to my visit. I can only echo a lot of the comments that you will see across other reviews. Some of you will see them as pros and others will see them as cons - I'm going to list them as neutrals.Pros:* Easy to make a choice of what you are having - chicken tenders* Coleslaw was goodNeutrals:* Limited menu - they serve "Chicken Fingers"* They have a limited number of side items - fries and coleslawCons:* They only have one sauce - unless you like ketchup on your chicken tenders

The letdown of the year.I had always wanted to go to Raising Canes because I'd heard so much about it. Finally I got to and man, what a bummer. The location was new and the staff was nice, all of that was alright. The location:The restaurant itself was not clean. No napkins, rarely and cutlery and most of, it not all of the table were dirty. Eating chicken tenders without napkins is not recommended. The food:The sides were ok. I liked the friends although they could have had more flavor and the coleslaw was good too, a nice sweetness to it and chopped nicely. And i liked the Texas toast. The tenders, which the tenders are good. They are juicy and fresh , i don't think they have much flavor associated with them. The breading is sort of soft or flimsy and not crispy at all.The sauce was tasty but i didn't understand why there were no other choices of sauces here other then ketchup. This was a miss for me.
