Raining Berries

This was a great option to check out. We wanted something filling and more on the health side. Their drinks are so fresh and refreshing. The staff was pleasant and the ambiance was relaxing . My kids loved the wall and decor. Conveniently located next to the gym.

This is a review for a specific person I just had a really bad experience with. I usually love coming to Raining Berries and love all the female employees and always have kind encounters and joyful conversations. I love the girls there! This is the second time that this girl I never see there has asked me complicated questions about a simple coffee with a splash of coconut milk and makes it a huge deal, when anyone else just takes the order and gets it done. Is it so hard to make a hot coffee with some milk? She wanted to charge me for a latte and I said no, I only want a regular hot coffee with a splash of coconut milk. It turned into this very weird and awkward conversation about coffee and what they are called, which I didn't asked for. Everyone should know what a hot coffee with a splash of milk is. She justified her complicated talk with "not knowing how to make it", and our conversation just went south. This is the second time I had to explain myself to her, I ran into her a few months ago, which she doesn't remember. This is not a review for Raining Berries itself but this specific person who works there. No sense of customer service and making it worse, she went right away to the other male employer talking about this and he's smiling. Really? Absolutely awful, unprofessional and a really bad look for the business. Not worth this complicated talk just to be right to lose a regular customer over who comes at least. 4-5 times a week! Raining Berries make sure you hire employees who know customer service and have friendly attitude!

This spot is always on point. Fourth time going I think and always getting their signature dish! Delish always! Great service and nice interior!

Such a cute place to lounge and get some studying done. There açaí bowls are decently priced. I like the idea that they have other options on their menu.

The first impression I had of the place was that it was very clean and inviting. There are a lot of seats, and you can sit in large comfy chairs if you are there for an afternoon coffee hangout, or sit on a barstool with a high table (with outlets on the side!!) if you want to work. They are conveniently located in a busy plaza with a gym, breakfast place, a Beall's, and nail salon. It's nice because you can get a lot of things done in one place. Because it is such a large plaza, there is ample parking and you will never run out of a parking spot, which is always nice. The service was great and the lady was very helpful and patient while I chose what I wanted for my bowl. I ordered a make-my-own acai bowl with strawberry, kiwi, banana, granola and nutella. It was amazing and the portion size was definitely enough to make me full, and I did not have dinner. So dessert for dinner it was! Even though it looks very nice that the bowl is very full (see photo), it was a little hard mixing everything so I had to ut some of the fruit in the cap of the container so I could mix the nutella and acai (just to ensure I don't end up with a spoonful of nutella at the end, which, now that I say it, I'm not going to be mad if it happens either way). Everything was fresh and tasty! My husband got a smoothie which he enjoyed as well. We will be coming back soon to hang out, and we are so happy we have an acai bowl place near us!

Coffee was awful, Banana toast I had was ehhhh. Service was great. Not many people in there either

I ordered two bowls, the açaí and spirulina and they both were horrible!! I called them back to let them know and the two people that were there laughed and said "nothing g we can do about it" I will not be going g back to this place and will definitely spread the word for people to take the ride and go to a real bowl place. This is a knock off with big prices and low budget ingredients.

I absolutely love this place, HOWEVER I also absolutely love Goji Berries. I am a Goji Berry fiend. I came here a a month ago and they were out. You know it happens, but it's the best part so I let it slide this once. Now I came back today and to my severe disappointment, they were STILL out or maybe just out again, idk. PLS RAINING BERRIES RESTOCK YOUR GOJI BERRIES. I might be forced to go and get my own and have to bring them TO YOU all. We'll see. Just for the love of Goji please restock

I absolutely love açaí bowls. This is one of my favorite places to get one. They have several locations in the Tampa Bay Area. The service is is always pleasant. They have it decorated very nicely with small tables and high tops to enjoy whatever you order. They also have great places to take photos. The açaí in the bowl is delicious! They pack the bowls with lots of fruit and the toppings of your choice. I can't wait to go back for my next bowl!

I was super excited to find this fun smoothie shop in Brandon! The decor is super cute, with plenty of seating and photo ops. They have smoothies, açaí bowls, sandwiches, coffee, tea, etc.I ordered smoothies for my husband and I. We had the Passion Berry and the Berry Nutty. Both were delicious!The girls behind the counter were nice, and the prices are reasonable.I'll be back again for more smoothies and to try their coffee!
