It's in the name for a reason! The best ribs in Tampa. I am excited to try more items on the menu. The potato salad is sweet and oh so good! Great spot!

Their service was fantastic. The people so very nice.Now onto the food the pulled pork was fantastic along with the cornbread. The baked beans were interesting different than what I have had in the past very thick sauce. The mac and cheese was decent not baked. and the the cheese looked a bit strange , but it tasted good. The ribs was the downfall , heavily dry rubbed and salty. Location was a bit out of the way so probably won't go back not enough positives for the trip.

This father and son duo do a PHENOMENAL job with the quality of meats, sauces and rubs they have available. EVERYTHING is made from scratch. The flavor, the smoke, the rub and the sauce is memorable in every bite! The father welcomes you in like family while the son chops the meat and prepares the orders and someone else brings the order out to you. Awesome family established food truck that sets the bar in the BBQ industry with the PLENTIFUL menu options available! If you want just meats and no sides they can do that without the extra charge. There's something for every appetite and order without needing or taking something that you don't want. I had the sampler that has a little of everything. They use uncle John's sausage which I love rather than what I would consider hot dog links on a grill from other brands. The ribs were smoky, juicy and smack worthy with flavor! Pulled pork needed no introduction with its insurmountable flavor! Sausage was just another bite of give me more! Portion sizes are for adults! Left happy and full with leftovers to take home.

The food was amazing. I am not from Florida originally. I have to say this is the best barbecue I've had in Florida. The service was very good and the atmosphere is fine. It's a food truck so you get your food and you can take it home.The only complaint is, I purchased the meat madness special and two additional sides. It's supposed to come with bread, but they forgot to give me bread. Other than that, it was very very good.My wife and I will be coming back again and will tell others about this place.Thank you.

This place is a bbq gem of Gibsonton!!!!! Wow, coming back again, amazing food overall! We tried a platter that had tasty ribs, tender brisket, spicy sausage, sweet pulled pork, and falling off the bone chicken with a side gooey Mac n cheese and creamy potato salad! Rack City Ribz they know what they are doing!!! Definitely a must! Check out their website you can order for pick but if you just show up the wait is very short. There are tables and chair to eat there, we couldn't wait to dig in. The staff are super friendly and great service!!! Oh and they have sweet tea along with Coke products and water. Great ambiance and shading right off the 41, great stop when traffic is bad!

I ordered the rib dinner with some brisket and a chicken bowl. Both items came to $40. The chicken bowl wasn't in a bowl, it was in a Japanese style small snack tray with 1 1/2 scoops of macaroni on the bottom with a chopped chicken leg on top. I was charged $17 for a meal fit for a baby. If I knew the bowl wasn't really a bowl I would not have ordered it.

This is a great place for bbq and those smoked ox tails...omg..the only place I'd get oxtails from! Other than the corn soufflé, the sides need some help. They are best for the bbq! Very nice gentlemen though!

It was my first time visiting and I'm glad I made it out. Everything was fantastic. Service is top-tier and it felt very attentive. There was nice music playing in the background and the vibe was overall very chill. The food came out quicker than expected and overall I will be back again. Thank you to AJ and everyone else working in the truck. Next time that I am in the area, I will definitely stop by again.

One of the BEST bbq spots in Tampa Bay. The ribs, the sauces, the brisket, the sides.....all phenomenal!!! It's worth the drive! The owners are incredibly kind as well!

Some of the best bbq I've had in FL. Ribs are fantastic. Beef brisket is tender, a bit salty, but delicious. The corn casserole is fantastic! Moist & sweet, absolutely perfect. From the baked beans and Mac n cheese to peach cobbler, nothing has been a miss. Also available to order on Uber Eats!
