Raccoon's Bar and Grill

Stumbled upon this cool bar while waiting for a tire repair. We stopped in for a drink and an appetizer. The Bloody Mary was made with just the right spice and the potato skins were good! The service was on par. Everyone seems laid back. They have a decent variety on the menu. Next time we are in town we will definitely visit Raccoon's and stay longer!

This place has the best food for a hole in the wall Bar. The bartenders are great. The wings are always crispy and their fries are even better I never get a chance to take pics because the food gets eaten as fast as it arrives.

I was really rockin' at Raccoon's last time I was in Florida! It is a nice bar with a lot of seating and some good live music to get funky to. The logo of the Raccoon with drum sticks is also one of my favorite logos I have ever seen.

It's a hole in the wall, but great music and drinks. We didn't have food, but I like it here.

This is the perfect example of a great dive bar. The drinks are strong and cheap, the staff is friendly and great at their job, and there's always a rowdy crowd on weekend nights.

After spending most of the night inside without a mask, I went outside and went to came back in and he would not let me in because he said I did not have a mask after I told him I could not wear one because of a medical condition so he told me I had to wait outside basically that is like telling somebody in a wheelchair that they can't come inside with her wheelchair. They violated my civil rights. I should contact an attorney to see what they think

Ok. I'm sure I'll get criticism for this but oh well. Raccoons has been a staple in the Lithia for a while. I used to come here during college breaks and now almost ten years later I've come in for a beer... Or five. Raccoons has a huge horseshoe shaped bar that seats plenty. There are also a few high tops scattered around. There's plenty to do besides drink, three darts machines, silver strike bowling, golden tee golf, two pool tables and a stage for live shows. The food is standard pub fare. The wings here are special. They're good. No they're great. The beer is cheap and the locals will make you feel at home. The bar staff is laid back and if you want to pay more for worse service go on over to JF Kicks. This is a smoking establishment, if you're allergic or smoke sensitive you probably shouldn't come here, however their ventilation system is top notch. There is no visible smoke in the air. This is a locals bar. The people that patron this bar have been for years. If you have no sense of humor, again, go to JF Kicks. This bar has happy hour from 9:30am to 8:00pm. Raccoons has character, charm, wit and a lot to love. If you can't handle blue collar patrons, go to JF Kicks and deal with the douches of Fish Hawk and River Hills. PS, I live in River Hills. Do yourself a favor and come in with an open mind and enjoy a great locals bar with great pub food.

Great place to unwind. Top notch service. Big menu and Live music , what else could you ask for. If you haven't been there yet you should.

Started my timer after 5 minutes of no service. Wasn't a busy bar by any means. Sat at a table in front of the bar so I was in visible sight. Finally asked a friend to get the bartenders attention. She came over with an attitude. I told her I was sitting here for 16 minutes before she finally came over and her response was "we'll do you still want to be here?" I'm a bartender myself and I understand no one is perfect, however, if someone waited 16 minutes for my attention I'd be apologetic, not rude. Needless to say she was very unprofessional and should probably be on the line cooking. Not bartending. Her name is IVY if anyone was wondering.
