Publix

Came in for a couple groceries got what I needed. The store was pretty busy for being the day after Thanksgiving, but was able to restock.The hot foods area was well stocked with pizza, sushi, popcorn, etc. I will say the service at the register wasn't great, but I'm sure it's been a stressful couple days especially with the holidays. I did stop by the café before leaving they sell alcoholic beverages and coffee items along with smoothies bowls, etc. I decided on a large caramel latte which wasn't bad for five dollars . It did lack a strong espresso taste, but I don't think I'm gonna get that from here.Honestly, I was surprised to see so many people drinking alcohol at the Publix cafe, very lively, almost like a bar.

So, I just moved from Houston to Tampa. This grocery store is the closest to my home outside of going to Walmart. I prefer Publix over Walmart. When I went in this morning, the store was very clean and the service was amazing. The manager walked up to me when she noticed that I was looking for something in the cold meat section that was not out yet. She then got someone to make it for me. Which was really nice. I downloaded the Publix app and on it there were different coupons and different items for Bogo. When I got to the register I ended up picking up the wrong item thinking that it was the one on the BOGO coupon. The manager granted the coupon, even though it was my fault when I picked up the wrong thing. I thought this grocery store was amazing along with friendly and great service. It had everything that I needed and it will be my regular grocery store while living here in Tampa.

My favorite Publix. They always seem to be playing the best music, helpful staff if you need anything (they'll even order it for you), and....$5 Sushi Wednesdays!

There are two Publix stores right off of Gandy and close by each other. This is the less nicer but still a very good store. Service has always been helpful and friendly.

Brand new ground up Publix store located on the site of previous Winn Dixie & SweetBay. It has good access from Gandy and Manhattan and plenty of parking. Inside it is the latest Publix design with large deli section and wide aisles throughout the store. And of course, the same friendly, courtesy that is a Publix trademark.

Publix is a grocery store that sells, you guessed it, lots of food. The prices are decent with lots of buy one get of free sales, which is a reason to go all on it's own. The staff is usually friendly and happy to help with anything, even when it gets busy. I can find what I want relatively easy and I've never had any issues here. I'd recommend Publix above most other local grocery stores

This new publix is the best in the area. They have a really nice set up for the deli and the most options for the salads. Very clean and the upstairs eating area is really convenient for a quick lunch break.

I waited in line on a busy Saturday afternoon while limping on an injured, wrapped knee. Just as I started putting my items on the conveyor, the cashier handed the customer in front of me, who was checking out, a sign to put on the conveyor that the lane was now closed. I was the only other person in line & had only a few items. She thought he meant to give it to me to put after my items since I was last. The customer protested to him that I was already there, but he told her he didn't have time. Didn't look at me or flag the apparent supervisor nearby for help. I had to limp to the next full line and start over. This is on management to train cashiers not to turn away someone already within 2 feet of the cashier & to call on their supervisor. In other situations, I would have been mildly annoyed but I was in a leg brace & hurting.

The food is fresh and the ambiance is clean and well organized for a grocery store . It has lots of choices and is rarely out of stock on any item

Most of my online sandwich orders are not any ready! The last three times no one was waiting for food yet my order was still waiting to be made. I'm leaving this grocery and will go to the Publix on S. Dale Mabry. It's bigger and has items this Publix doesn't carry as well.
