Publix is everything Florida. I love coming to one when I'm in the area. There are a variety of products, the stores are clean & the workers friendly.

So I stopped by this location because I was in the area and my daughter needed to use the bathroom. En route I noticed a few homeless people, it's near downtown so that wasn't shocking to me. Upon entering the store I noticed a police officer by the door. Ok, kind of weird but I chucked it up to the "homeless problem". Little did I know that I would be seeing more of this same police officer throughout my shopping experience. The finally straw for me was the officer conveniently came behind the cashier that was checking me out. I'm assuming to make sure I'm paying for my groceries?? Wow! He immediately went back to his post by the door once I finished checking out. Shopping was definitely not a pleasure. I wasn't going to say anything but I have my 4 year old daughter with me and if I don't speak up now who knows what will happen once she's an adult and gets the same unsolicited, biased treatment. Enough is enough!

I have had too many recurring issues with the deli sandwiches. I order on line, show up at the time they tell me or later, and the Sandwich isn't ready. They actually begin making the sandwich when I arrive and tell them I am there. One time I can understand. Now it's becoming routine. I spoke to the manager Miguel about it. Hopefully they can correct this problem.

I live buying groceries on Publix Anderson rd. however the last time I was there an employee name Rhyana was very rude and impolite no only with me but with the cashier.

After multiple attempts to inform customer service and managers I am done with this store. Specifically, the deli. After about the 5th time my chicken tender sub I preordered was placed in the cold rack I finally spoke with customer service. The problem persisted so I spoke with a manager. Now I go to pick up a preordered cold sub and it is sitting in the hot rack.It's a very simple concept as well as food safety. If they aren't following these guidelines what else are they not doing properly. I refuse to use this store again for any shopping.Side note I work within walking distance of this Publix and originally bought my lunch here I don't have time on my break to keep having my sandwich remade by people who hate what they do.

I love Publix. With that said, this location let me down. I ordered a Turkey wrap at 7:22 from the deli online for 7:55 pickup. Just had to walk out because they were 30 min late and were just ignoring my ticket...Either fix the estimated pick up time or get better organized. Takes way to long for some of these subs. The deli associate was kind and helpful (checking on my wrap) but for some reason they weren't making it. Told them to cancel it, which wasn't a problem because they had t even started it. Never getting a sun here again.

The Deli and Meats staff are the least personable or professional of any Publix. I was the only one waiting to get some meat and cheese. It took 10 minutes for any of the 6-8 staff members to acknowledge my presence. Then it took another 10 minutes for the woman to slice my half lb of deli meat. She then handed me thickly cut turkey instead of thinly cut ham. Then she told me that's what I requested when I very clearly did not. She huffed and puffed looking for the ham I wanted. Then she told me what I wanted was out of stock when it was clearly in the case. Then she proceeded to cut me thick slices of ham when I specifically said thin. 30 minutes at the meats counter for a half lb of meat. a while another staff member was going off on a manager for asking him to do something.
