The person that was top lazy to push the cart an extra couple of feet was not too pleased that I was taking a pic of her laziness.

Publix is our go-to grocery store. We have shopped at various branches and have never had any complaints. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist customers with any questions or needs. The stores are consistently clean and well-organized with clear aisle markings indicating the location of each grocery item. What sets Publix apart is its bakery section. Hand-made breads and fresh produce are always delicious, and their cakes are our personal favorite. Overall, we highly recommend Publix for your grocery needs.I have always had a hassle-free checkout experience at Publix, aided by their diverse payment options. Additionally, their loyalty program offers users discounts upon signup. What's more, I have consistently found Publix products to be fresh and of high quality, making shopping there a great experience.

The store itself is fine.Customer service, management, and inventory are grossly lacking. If you have deli employees tripled-up making subs while there are multiple customers collecting dust in line for the cold cuts & cheese section of the deli with one employee, allocate your people properly. Need help with that? The Deli Manager can actually step out of the office and supervise where support is needed, not to mention get off his lazy ass, put some gloves & a cap on, and serve the customers.Produce Manager, here's a novel idea: If you're going to have specials, you might want to consider stocking the shelves with those specials. It usually looks better than empty holes because the stock people blocked off sections to cover up what you should have ordered.Front Service Desk/Store Management: If there is a line at the service counter and only one employee, telling everyone waiting, "Someone will be right with you," doesn't quite cut it. Also, if a manager sees that the service counter is overwhelmed with a single employee, get behind the extra register and handle it. Don't ask a customer, "Have you been helped, yet?" If someone had helped us, we wouldn't still be standing in line waiting for management to step up and provide support.Get it together.

It's absolutely annoying that I waited 15mins until it was my turn because Publix Deli is always understaffed.....they had one person working on online orders and the other attending the rest. Once it's my turn, I asked for a chickens tender sub. The young girl walks away to look for some and then informs me there's none for another 15mins. She didn't even offer any solutions which reflects her training and management is responsible for her poor customer service. What kind of management is this. I stopped doing online orders because they were wrong or never ready when I get there. Instead of having a pita chips display, why doesn't Publix add two more sandwich stations and more staff....But in all honestly, they should be communicating to each other if they ran out of food. Like I said it's poor management.

Stopped at the 4425 E Fletcher Ave, Tampa Publix for the first time for salad and cold cuts. My initial impression was that the store was nice and clean with well stocked shelves, but the deli food quality didn't measure up. The line at the deli counter was so long, I opted for some pre-cut selections: * Boar's Head Deluxe Top Round Roast Beef @ $14.99/lb. I've had more flavorful cardboard. Glad I only bought 1/2 lb. * Boar's Head Domestic Provolone $11.99/lb This was flavorless and plasticky. * Boar's Head Tavern Ham $12.99/lb. Pretty good ham but flavor obscured by excessive sugar. All three deli products were very well packaged in the best resealable bags I have ever encountered. The Produce Department was impressive: neat, clean, orderly with attractive presentation of all foods. Found Pickapeppa Sauce in the Grocery aisle -- alas $4.59 for 5 0z. Too dear for essentially concentrated Worcestershire Sauce.Check Out was speedy thanks to a conscientous scanner. You better help her with the bagging lest you end up with your goods being mingled with the next customer's.
