Publix Super Markets

A really nice and clean Publix. The people are all so friendly I think they were trained at Chick Fil A but the leave out the "my pleasure" portion so we don't know. Good location, big parking lot, and groceries. The deli is one of the best in the area. Try their hot foods or made to order Sammy's to go!!

I am disabled. I waited on line to check out. the checkout power went down. the front end manager directed me to a long line on another checkout. I told her I already waited & im not physically able to wait again. she did not care so I left ALL MY ITEMS INBTHE CARTshe could have rung me out on any other OR the service counter that was Empty! there are many many other places to shop. I WILL NO RETURN TO A STORE THAT TREATS DISABLED POORLY!!!

They forgot to work on my sub order that I ordered online 25 minutes earlier. When it was obvious to me that no one was working on subs, glad I asked. 45 min order. Strike one. No one is covering their mustache, only their beard, and talking over the food they were preparing. Strike 2. My sub maker, had a long curly hair that he pulled out of the mayo, wiped it on his apron, and continued to spread my mayo. Strike 3! You're OUT. I can confidently say that I will never stop at this Publix again when in the area. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have taken it right up front and gotten a refund and let the store manager throw it away.

This Publix has to be one of the best.Store Manager Ashley certainly knows who to hire.This Publix has excellent customer service and the most cordial and professional employees.Store is very clean and decent prices.Publix really gets 2 thumbs up from me.

Something is extremely wrong with this locationAt first i passed most of the food shortage to Covid issues but once I found other Publix locations near this one had full shelves it made me think this location has Managers who can't properly order or someone at the head of this store who can't perform the job. My latest experience and final was finding no Publix ice tea "isn't that made on property". How do you have none for purchase when just the last week it was on sale? I couldn't find juice. They had one kind. Some strange watermelon stuff no one buys. I stopped at the deli and one person working and a group of people waiting. When it's my turn I could see the lady was struggling to cut the meat. Looked like the slicer hadn't been sharpened in a while. It had meat shavings all around and she killed my sliced meat. I'm sure this is making for a meat loss. Someone should try weighing all the meat you're loosing from dull blades. What happened to the fresh cut meat. You now have no one to help you in the meat department? The shelves are full of chocolate chip cookies. Nothing other. Just the one brand and flavor filling the entire isle. Couldn't find 1/2 and 1/2. This is a typical for this store and why I found other locations have full shelves. Im sure the numbers for this location show something isn't correct here. I hope my feedback finds the correct person in the company so I can once again shop at my local Publix.

Each year the food quality and selection declines. Consistantly low and lower quality selection. No longer carry any organic chocolate milk, no organic sweet relish, no organic cookies. Low quality limited selection of fish and meat. No organic meat. January 2025, zero organic eggs,,,none. When asked why, they provide stories and excuses.This Publix appears to cater to food stamp patrons.

This is my publix. Everyone who works there is so nice and hardworking, their pharmacy is always good and reliable. Well stocked and clean. I've never had a bad experience here.

Terrible customer service. When I have close to $300.00 in items in my cart , when I check out I expect a good afternoon , or did you find everything ok ? Or go F yourself , something . Today the two were too busy talking about MMA or Gaming or some non-sense. Nothing, not even. " ok, that's 305.99. Nothing but the previous convo . The brain surgeon bagging at least said "thanks" . Screw you. I will go to the one in palm Harbour or even closer the Winn Dixie I can Amazon the rest .

Wow! Way to go, Publix! Came in for some basics. Half gallon Publix brand unsweet tea unavailable.-Don't know when it will be back in stock, Fairlife skim milk none available day three Benito's chips, not carried, Chike, protein, coffee, which, according to Ilikechike.com is available in your stores, no one has ever heard of it, nor do they know where it would be located if you docarry it. Don't know what else to do but obviously you're not able to handle my needs any longer.

I have been shopping here at this Tarpon Springs Publix since it was built about 20 years ago. This is one of the best grocery stores in the whole Publix system. The staff are some of the nicest and kindest people around. Never have I ever experienced anything like described by this last man. The store is always clean and they do their best to keep those shelves full How you can blame a manager for supply chain problems ? The deli department has cheerful people working there quickly getting your order ready. Produce section ALWAYS has fresh stock. I could go on. They do it right a the Tarpon Springs Publix. Thank you Publix staff much love.
