THIS PUBLIX MAKES the Pâte à Choux croissants & mini croissants IN HOUSE! They Make the dough & bake them FRESH IN HOUSE. We bought some bc they looked so beautiful, later, when we tasted them, we were knocked out! So, next visit we ask them, inside the Publix bakery, about them. They told us they make the Pâte à Choux & bake the croissants right here in their bakery. And they are Superb! Winners Circle on the Pâte à Choux OuiOui. Highest Recommendations.

This is the Publix I always shop , However the management is not professional and rude! They say everything with employees starts at the top. Well the employees are rude So that say a lot about management. The managers that run around the store , all seem to be very busy doing nothing. And not friendly at all. George Jenkins would be appalled ! Shame on Publix for resting on their supposed reputation! It will not last forever! Most people spend a good portion of their money buying groceries, And with high prices they can at least be nice to customers.

They have been price gouging for 4 years and now the employees are allowed to be abusive. Never had a store employee yell at me while another mocked me. Never go to this rip off store chain.

Thanks for everything Publix. It's clean, always the same deom store to store and always reasonably priced. We didn't need customer service so I can't rate that but we grabbed drinks and used the restroom, which was clean. No complaints!

I have to start out by saying I love Publix! I have shopped here for years and I i've come to expect a higher level of service. I have experience this to be true for most every location. However whatever also experience to be true at most a relocation is that the service deli seems to lack in prompt service at attention to the needs of their customers. I just had one such experience.I stopped in to get a quick snack and a couple of things. I think most everyone would agree Publix has a great service deli in terms of quality of food. What was disappointing about this evening, something I have experienced before, was the fact that in addition to myself or five other customers waiting at the deli counter and we were being served by just one employee. Two other employees we're cutting meats, and seem to be very consumed with the conversation between themselves were close at hand, and a couple of times the one employee making sandwiches for six customers yelled out to help her somebody in a back room who replied that they were coming. They never did. Well again I will say that I'm generally happy with the level of service and attention that I get from the bulk of the people in the store, I am often disappointed by the level of service and attention and I get at the service deli. I certainly enjoy the food, and the sandwiches are probably the best in the state, but it is unfortunate that there does not ever seem to be enough people working, and a lot of delays with ordering at the service deli.

Well theres always a first for everything. Let me start with I love Publix, some more than.others but this one was the worst. It reminded me of Winn Dixie (not a fan). So I had a couple things to pick up on.my way home from and this is the first time I've been in this Publix. I usually shop dt or old NE. I decided to get a sandwhich from Deli. Well I walked up and it was a mess. It was around 5:30 and only two people were working the deli, they were out of a lot of the hot items. So I ordered the turkey sandwhich special. It seems she can't find stuff. She puts down half and then another half. I pointed out it was two different types and tried to tell me it was just because one pack was the end . Nope boars head looks different than publix turkey. I like boars head because it's a little drier. She left it like that, then she couldn't find the cheese that suppose to go on the sandwhich. At this point I decided to skip the sandwhich. Next I needed 18 eggs but there were only 2 cartons left , one with crushed eggs and the with yolk all over the container. I talked with one of the managers to.tell them about my expierence and he let me know that the deli does tend to have some issue . He aploligized and gave me a 5 dollar gift card. I'm going to stick with my regular Publix.

This is a pretty nice Publix. It's pretty similar to other Publix stores. Off busy Pasadena Ave. They have rotisserie chickens, deli sandwiches, breads, cakes, cookies, desserts, fish and meat along with the regular grocery store fare. They also have some flowers. Not as cool as a Trader Joes but it will do for your 95 year old grandmother.

One of the worst supermarkets I've ever had the unfortunate experience of visiting.Expired food, especially refrigerated stuff, inconsistent and poor quality produce, sullen and unhelpful workers, dirty floors and disorganized displays, and got food poisoning from their "fresh" seafood.

I think it's time we start telling the truth about Publix. They have existed on an outdated reputation for long enough.If you do any traveling, you see what grocery stores have become. Even Publix knows it! In NC, Harris Teeter has forced Publix to up their game. Frys in AZ much nicer and well stocked stores. We deserve the same here in FL. I don't know what's going on with the people working there but it's not great. In Produce the guy stocking the cooler had a meltdown because I excused myself and asked if I could get some celery. And in general the produce is expensive and not that good.In the meat dept they purposefully make the ground beef packages 1.25 lbs or more (meat dept guy admitted it to me on dark rainy afternoon) not a pound that most recipes take and if you ask for a pound they give you a hard time about it "what's the problem it's close".I know small things but a trend w/ too many Publix brand products. Definitely some help from Whole Foods and Fresh Market but if they aren't nearby...

This is by far the worst Publix in the area.. Very slow service in the deli line. 0 sense of urgency. It was a 30+ minute wait and 3 people in front of me. Only one person making subs.
