Went to the land o lakes location.Clean store.Friendly staff. Ordered the "ultimate" boars head sub (whole) from the deli counter $9+ tax. Absolutely delicious 5/5. Customer service 4/5. Pricey for a grocery store sandwich. 3/5 for cost/value.Would definitely go again!

Might be the worst experience I have ever dealt with over a $6 item. I proceeded to your self checkout with some Mayfield dessert items. Had multiple signs that stated B1G1 free. I had two items that I believed to be on sale. Did not ring up and the female employee running self checkout said that I can not mix and match. So I went back and grabbed another two items of the same sku. Still NOT ringing up on sale. She still does not want to help me and refuses to take any action. I go back a THIRD time and at this time a male employee meets me there to help. He looks at the items and supposedly the items I selected were stocked in the wrong location. Not only was the sale sign wrong, but the actual white item identifier was wrong as well. 8 of them put in the wrong location which is not my fault. The male employee was not able to help me over the error of the stocking situation and of course the rude female self checkout employee did not want to help as well. Her answer to me was that I "read the sign." All items were stocked incorrectly which the male employee admitted to. She did not want to adjust the price at all because the male employee said so. "He's the produce manager, I have to listen to him." Very disappointed with Publix and how this was handled. The lady up front was very rude and should not be in customer service. Do better Publix, I can definitely go elsewhere.

Large Publix supporting the Moon Lake area. Located off of SR 52, it's easy in and out with ample parking. The staff is quite friendly and doesn't hesitate to answer questions. Clean and neat, they were open until 10 the eve of Christmas Eve and it seemed that the store was a ghost town. We came in and got what we needed and a few items more. Checking out was a breeze. If I'm in the area, I'll certainly stop in.

Had a roughy day at work, went to grab my quick dinner from the deli... and Breezie not only made the best chicken tender sub w honey mustard ever, she also held great conversation & displayed some of the best customer service i have ever experienced. And i used to be a store manager of a retail company. I will be back as a direct reflection of this experience. Side note: The sub sauce was as awesome as she said it would be

OK, I'd like to say that this is the icing on the terrible cake but unfortunately, I'm sure I'll be back to keep on writing about this store! Process change with the deli, now when you pre-order sliced meat or cheeses, or any other food items from the deli, you no longer pick them up at the deli, they are sent to the front of the store and kept at the service desk! They have a "runner" who continuously runs back-and-forth to the deli to pick up orders and drop them off at the front desk where they are kept until you pick them up. If your pick up time is 5:00 PM, don't bother to show up until about 5:30 PM because it will take them that long with all the confusion and malfunctioning headsets to figure out where your order is in order to make an attempt to get it to the front of the store. So far, this has to be the biggest failure yet! I had to sit next to the water fountain across from the service desk for 25 minutes for everybody to figure out where my order was, it's almost to the point of being comical! Needless to say, 50 minutes after my pick up time, I received my order, ridiculousness at its best! For some reason, the staff feel like you should know these processes when they are put in place, but no instructions are posted (I probably wouldn't see them anyway) on new processes that they put in place but I won't get used to it because I'm almost positive the failure rate will bring forth another change to go back to the old way of doing business at the deli. You order from the deli and you pick up from the deli, head to the front of the store and pay for your items. Why does everything have to be so complicated and convoluted? If you pre-order anything from the deli, make sure you take your blood pressure meds before you go because you're going to need them...

Best Publix around! The folks here go above and beyond. Where else can you get to know your pharmacist (Win) the baker (Dawn) customer service (kaylee) and produce (John), and so many more friendly faces! Every time I go I am greeted by these wonderful people. It is a joy to see these helpful folks!I will give a few examples... Thanksgiving, I was looking for Pumpkin Bread mix, and CS Kaylee called around for Libby's pumpkin mix for me, she followed and and saved me two boxes of mix... then John from produce also a sweetie, cut up an apple and we both tried it since it was a new type that I had never tried before! In the bakery, Dawn is always friendly, sharing her knowledge of baked goods, recommending breads that my husband is happy to devour with his dinner! And let's not forget all the folks in the pharmacy. Every one of them, each doing their diligence to make sure scripts are filled... always saying hello, and remembering my name. It makes a difference!All in all wonderful store! Thank you!
