Potbelly Sandwich Shop

The last time I went to Potbelly's was when we were visiting Chicago. So glad it's in Tampa now! I loved that time could add red wine vinegar & roasted tomatoes in addition to all my other toppings. They also have specialty fountain drinks. I tried the pineapple passion fruit. Service was great. Plenty of seating and fun decor.

I LOVE Potbelly, but this location is not great. My order is messed up each time. I prefer to go to the other locations compared to this one. I've only ever had bad experiences with this location. I only come here because it's near home and close to where I run errands. Today I ordered my meal to go for myself and my family. They gave me cups instead of bowls. And for this order they forgot my egg for my salad. This location ALWAYS forgets to add my egg. I ask the worker if he added the egg in my salad because I don't see it. He said it was buried in there...I opened my salad dug in there and saw no egg. I went back up and asked for the diced egg they have. Why does this location not want to give me my egg? It's so odd. It's only this location. With other locations (Chicago, DMV, Dale Mabry, Brandon) I don't have this issue with my orders. I get my orders and they are always correct. Money is tight, I like to treat myself to Potbelly. I love the salads. If this location is going to advertise something then they should serve what is advertised. Don't lie about serving me something.

This sun place open at an old Italian place. Now this restaurant serve the sandwich I like. I use to get their sandwich close Brandon Faulkenburg location. This is not like the one we are use to. The add on is cover by metal cover that we could not event see through. I could not see how they prepared. It is getting difficult to make up the sandwich. I got the wreck. It has the best meat add on. Sandwich is just ok even I recall from memory by building my sandwich. I would suggest their add on can be visualized.

A friend from Chicago recommended this spot, and I definitely was not disappointed! They have some great deals, about $10 for a sandwich and cup of soup. I tried the Sweet Heat Pork BBQ and the Broccoli Cheddar, and my boyfriend got the Mama's Meatball Sub! The bread was really fresh and crispy, and everything was delicious! The staff were also very helpful and friendly, and the place was super clean! I'll 100% be coming back, I'm excited to try everything else!

Opening today, potbelly sandwiches are just delicious. In the old Oronzo location on highway preserve, we have a new sandwich shop in new Tampa. All hot and different variations of sandwiches for your taste buds. My fav are the wreck and turkey. Don't forget to get their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Just yummy!

Yummy new sandwich shop. I got the Smokestack Pork &Mac sandwich and it was delicious! The Apple Walnut salad was also really tasty with healthy fruits and veggies with dark greens and romaine lettuce, a big plus!

I picked pork and Mac sandwich. This is their new menu item. The employee handled my sandwich told me the mac & cheese had run out after he ran the sub through the toaster. They were going to make a new batch, and I waited. After about 10 minutes, the manager came out saying that they won't make a new batch because it was already late in the day. So he gave me a cup of chili instead. The pull pork was good. The chili tasted good. We used to like the potbelly in Brandon and Carrollwood. This was the first time we visited this new location. We came with high expectation, but I was disappointed. First, they don't have glass window, so customers can't see how they prepare the sandwich. Secondly, the topping choices are very limited. I only had lettuce and tomato. The other locations I can see many vegetables options and pick as many as I like for the sandwich which is the big factor that I love potbelly. The restaurant was clean and new, but the sandwich just was not as good as the other two Potbelly locations.

I love the taste of the food. The service was great, fast and easy. The ambiance was small but easy to enjoy. I love all the food and the staff is very friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable.

Consistently good sandwiches and milkshakes. Our grandkids love the Mac and cheese. Great customer service and clean dining room.

The food is OK but they don't make the sandwich the way they are supposed to be made. For example a Cuban sandwich dose not come with pickles and onions. Also I'm at a restaurant eating and trying to share a conversation with my friends and family. You can't do that with music that is to loud so that you have to repeat yourself and scream to aech other. They were short staffed and the table was dirty.
