Pretty good food for the price we will come back, they just need a fountain drink machine.

This has to be the cleanest Mexican market in Tampa Bay. I've been to countless markets in the area from Ruskin to Clearwater and I put this place above them all. Maybe not the largest selection of items but they do carry some unique items. I also liked how I was greeted when I walked in. The artistic signage naming the areas was cool. The hot food looked good. The meat department seemed to have everything (see picture). They serve a variety of aguas frescas. They have paletas from Jalisco, MX (under $2!). The baked goods cabinet was typical but the items looked fresh. The fruit...half were fresh, half weren't. Everything was well-organized, aside from the very large pinatas on the floor. They have a restaurant attached but at the time I went, they were closed. Rest assured, I'll be back to try it out soon.

I stop by here on occasion because I can get Mexican antojitos and it's close to the house.. But I will not be stopping by this place anymore, nor will my friends.. the service isn't the best BUT today was the worse!! To the owners, family or not, don't put someone to take care of customers , who doesn't want to be there and has a f#ing attitude.. The young girl behind the counter has NO customer service skills and you could tell didn't want to be there.. I told her the price that came up was wrong and she was just like " they must've changed the price" and didn't bother to ask someone to confirm price or anything! I needed the items to make dinner so I bought it My mom was in the butcher section and I was trying to get out of there and told her I'm not coming backTo this place and I explained what happened, she wasPaying for something and told the girl she should've charged us the price posted on the item and the girl had the audacity to say, " I asked her if she wanted me to give her the price " WTF ?!? I responded and went off and said "if I didn't want you to honor the price, why would I bring it up in the first place???" I will take my business where it is appreciated.
