Service was excellent. We all ordered very different things (pancakes, eggs, tuna, wrap sandwich and sweet potato fries...) and everything was terrific. They have many Greek specials on their menu and I ordered the spinach pie and Greek salad ($12 for a big serving of each--- super reasonable for the portion and quality). This was a def return spot for us.

My wife, father-in-law, and I were looking for a place to grab breakfast on Christmas Eve. My sister-in-law suggested Popi's Place, and I'm so glad she did! We stopped in around 9:00 on December 24th, 2024. There was a good crowd but a few tables were still available (by the time we left it was almost completely full). It has a classic diner vibe, and was nicely decorated for the holidays. I ordered the corned beef hash with two eggs over-easy, home fries, and their homemade biscuits. It might sound like a lot of food, but I tend to work up an appetite during the holidays. Everything was delicious; especially the homemade biscuits! My wife loved the Hawaiian Omelette and grilled biscuits. Make sure to get the biscuits grilled, it takes them to a whole other level. My father-in-law got the Eggs Benedict. He must have enjoyed it because he cleaned his plate! They have a coffee bar featuring a wide variety of options including Cappuccino and Lattes. They also offer smoothies. Popi's is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Next time I want to try lunch or dinner options. Service is friendly and quick; and prices are reasonable for what you get. Can't wait for my next visit.

I stopped in at Popi's yesterday for breakfast. I generally like the locally owned Popi's restaurants and I certainly liked this visit. This was my first visit to this location and I found it was convenient to get to if you are in the area, and they have lots of seating both inside and outside in front of their restaurant.An omelette called Popi's Combination was my pick, along with their home fries. The food came out in roughly 10 minutes, which was good. What took long was eating all that food. The omelette has 7 different ingredients plus 2 types of cheese, so every mouthful included filling. I thoroughly enjoyed my omelette. As for the home fries, which covered half the plate, it was really nothing more than sliced fried potatoes. It did have a crusty top, I liked that, and with ketchup I ended up eating it all.Service was pretty good.

Good food reasonably priced! Great service! We came in when restaurant was closing in 30 ( we didn't know) but they didn't rush us at all!,

Stopped by for a late breakfast. Location is in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking. Ordered corned beef hash, home fries and scrambled. Portions were large and ashamed to say I ate the whole thing. Prices reasonable.

Love Popi's! We discovered it in 2017 or 2018 while visiting the area and have been coming back ever since. We spent five months of 2020 (Jan-June) on n Bradenton and Popi's was a pandemic lifesaver! Popi's was a go to for many take out meals. Easter 2020 will always be remembered for the Popi's meal.The food is delicious and serve is the best in town!The Baklava is a MUST!

The fries were exceptionally dry. One member in our 3 party table took and obnoxiously long time to get their meal (a good 15 minutes into our meals). There picture is what they got. Completely unappetizing looking. 2nd member in our party said their burger tasted like it was reheated from earlier. The waitress was super nice. That's really the only perk. It was quite chilly in here as well. There were only 5 other tables in the restaurant. No excuse for our 3rd person to take this long on their food.

Had 1/2 order biscuits and gravy with a over easy egg on top, awesome coffee and outstanding service by Morgan. Highly recommend and will be back!!

For a $16 sandwich (chicken Philly) I'm greatly disappointed. A fancy hot dog bun a tiny portion of diced peppers and mushrooms and maybe 1/3 of a chicken breast .... probably the saddest sub I've ever witnessed... I guess not a sub bc it's on a hot dog bun.... I enjoy their breakfast but anything else has been disappointing/sub par given the price, quality, and portion

The food is good. But their coffee absolutely sucks! Weak and when you put the cup to your lips you get the odor of dishwater. Sometimes it's like drinking hot water, it's very flavorless. Please get a new coffee vendor. We don't go too often for breakfast anymore just bc of the coffee. I've heard others say the same too
