My husband and I love coming to the pool bar and grill when we stay at the Hard Rock. We decided to sit at the bar because it was a busy day and the service from the pool servers is quite slow.Sitting at the bar allowed us to get our food quickly. My husband is obsessed with their club sandwich and it didn't disappoint once again. The shrimp cocktail was flavorful and I enjoyed the guac and the ability to put it on the sandwich too. Our server at the bar was lovely and attentive. The overall vibe of the pool bar and grill is relaxing and chill and we love how convenient it is to have food by the pool without needing to go back into the hotel. If we're back again we will definitely be stopping by again!

Purchased a resort pass for $50.00 for the day. A dj plays from 11-3. The music was good and we had a great time lounging, drinking and eating pool side. A day pass sells out quickly so book in advance to ensure you get in on your chosen date. There are two pools located on different floors. You can use both. The have servers and a bar. The food was really good and made fresh. We had tacos, shrimp, fish and fries, chips and salsa. I would definitely come back here with friends during spring a summer.

We had some of our best times here during our stay. The bartenders were so friendly, with a special shout out to Thomas. The food was quite good. We had the fish tacos and the chicken quesadilla with a side salad the first day and the grouper sandwich with fresh fruit the next. The grouper sandwich was the bomb!We also enjoyed the "pouch" drinks while we sat poolside. The bartenders place these specialty cocktails in a plastic pouch, complete with a straw that you can have poolside. They make a great conversation piece as we soon found out as we were carrying them back to the pool area. Buy them in a combination of 4 and save $4. They were quite tasty. We tried a vodka cucumber, a lemon vodka one and a spicy margarita one (very spicy) with real jalapenos muddled into the drink. My favorite was the vodka cucumber one on a nice 82 degree pool day. I highly recommend the Pool Bar and Grill for a relaxing and good day!

I would first like to start by saying that I do not usually partake in reviews neither good nor bad. However, I believe our experience today at the Pool Side Bar and Grill merits recognition. Today, a group of friends and I ate lunch at the grill. Many at the table were deaf. Our waiter was Jackie and from the start he was friendly, apologetic that he didn't know ASL, and never once appeared inconvenienced. Furthermore, he knew I could speak but out of respect for my friends I didn't offer to interpret unless they request it (ahem...Deaf culture norm). Not once did he look to me for assistance. Instead he went and found one the chefs, Andrew Rivera, who knew a little sign language to help make the experience better. My point being that he didn't put the responsibility on me as a customer, but rather made an effort to accommodate the language barrier himself. Refreshing!! Also, one person at the table required gluten free and the chef happily made fresh corn tortillas to go with her fish tacos. Jacob (GM) and Victor Tiffany, Sr. VP of Hospitality assured me that if I submitted this review online it wouldn't go unnoticed and that these 2 would receive the recognition they deserve. I can promise Seminole Hard Rock, the next time we are back I will definitely be requesting Jackie again! Thank you.

Very good quality food for poolside service and it's very busy but the girls are super attentive. The shrimp cocktail was amazing and so was the club sandwich. You can get a bigger menu if you go to the actual bar and order food but the poolside menu is good as well.

This top deck eatery was divine! After losing our money in the casino we went here by the pool for drinks and a little something to chomp on. Service was spectacular! The server answered our questions and gave great recommendations. Wasn't crowded and the breeze by the pool was so nice. Our drinks were tasty as well as the hot appetizers and fries. Prices were surprisingly reasonable. We know how these type of places can be especially when referring to cocktails. But great costs and the bartender didn't skimp on portions. Keep in mind they do close at 8pm so it's not a late night spot.

The new Seminole Hard Rock Pool Bar & Grill is located at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino & Resort in Tampa Florida and offers an upscale chic upbeat Miami & Vegas style hot spot on the Pool Deck with stellar views and a fun atmosphere from the heart of the hotel's 3 heated pools. Patrons can relax and unwind while enjoying $13 signature cocktails, $7-$8 beers, $7 wines on tap, $7 Hard seltzer's, and even $200-$500 bottles of champagne and liquor for large parties looking to go all out. Our bartender told us there will be guest DJ's on Sundays with $10-$20 cover and incredible bass and a high energy party atmosphere similar to the Vegas and Miami pool parties! Saturdays will be more low key with no cover or DJ but that can change in the future. There are no happy hour drink or food specials yet but they will be announced soon! Seminole Hard Rock Pool Bar & Grill serves salads for $8-$18, starters for $10-$15, sandwiches for $12-$24, sides for $5, dessert for $6-$8, and kids meals for $9. $10 for chips and salsa is a bit on the high side but I guess this place thinks they're fancy lol. Starters include chips & salsa, guacamole & chips, shrimp cocktail, chicken quesadillas, grouper bites, & chicken wings. Sandwiches include the pool club with turkey ham bacon, the pool grill burger, the veggie burger, the blackened grouper sandwich, fish tacos, the big dog, the grilled chicken sandwich, the lobster roll, and a seasonal featured panini that varies. Dessert options include a house made fruit pop and a cookie sandwich. There are 8 TVs in the bar area for watching sports and TVs in every private cabana poolside. The restaurant has booth seating in the back and a very large wrap around double sided bar with seating for 14 patrons on each side. I really like the texture of the bar area which is similar to the white lightning granite I used in my bathroom. Standard private poolside cabanas for $250 10/1-/31 and $350 2/1 - 9/30 on the weekends include private televisions, safe access, luxurious furnishings, non alcoholic beverages, fresh fruit, and a charging station. VIP cabanas for $500 10/1-1/31 and $700 2/1 - 9/30 on weekends include access to the exclusive VIP pool and added amenities such as Evian misting, personalized cabana attendant, and sunblock. On my first visit we just had drinks including a vodka soda for $8 and a Pinot Grigio for $7. Our server was friendly and quick and the place was over staffed with tons of servers. Perhaps hard rock were expecting a lot more people for their grand opening. Well it's better to be over prepared than under prepared I suppose! I'm surprised this place doesn't have a hot tub. However, there is a hot tub in the spa area. I'm blown away by how chic and stylish the pool and pool bar & grill is and can't wait to come back here soon for the pool parties! I look forward to trying more drinks and food from their menu over the upcoming weekends and enjoying the guest DJ's!
