Came into the food court for a drink. It's so hot outside and needed something refreshing. Saw this place and that they had bob tea so I'm all over that!! Staff was welcoming when I stepped up to order. She was friendly and answered my questions. They have a variety of tea that you can choose -- fruit tea, milk tea or if you don't want tea as your base, you can get lemonade. I ordered the grapefruit tea with popping mango boba. My drink was out quickly and Omgosh so fresh and good. Fresh grapefruit in the drink added to the pleasure of drinking it. Yum! I'll definitely be back when I'm at the mall.

Poke LuLu has fresh seafood on poke and good quality. This restaurant is a vendor in the food court. During the weekend they got a lot of attention. Line build up during lunch time. The customer are here to get poke and boba drink. We got their House Poke. If you like different protein with two or more, this preset bowl may be your choice. The poke has salmon, shrimp, and spicy tuna. Which make this bowl good combo. My with have create your own bowl. She pitch the eel. It come with two big pieces of eel. The bowl is bigger than the House poke and better price. We like both of our poke. Good quality and quantity. We also got the Thai tea boba. It is tall and skinny cup. Which usually don't fit well with cup holder. But it look good. The drink is good.

Fresh delicious food. In a food court, I was excited to see this but didn't have high hopes. Both my daughter and I couldn't have been happier. Soo good!

Stopped by for a quick break. Ot of all the other food options their staff is the only one showing a sign of joy! All the workers the second they make eye contact with you, will immediately greet you! I almost forgot i was in a mall n not in Epcot lol i went for a Red Bean boba milk tea. I love these best! Well made n served in a sturdy pvc cup with resealable top. Im definitely taking it back home n use it for milk shakes.I seriously dropped the ball i just changed my mind for the poke bowl but now theres a huge line P_P Welp theres always next time!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I came in for a delivery order there were not 1 but 3 people working and NO ONE acknowledged that I was standing there and I waited for approximately 5 minutes and still no one helped me yet all 3 workers made eye contact with me. For delivery orders we're on a time frame and to not be acknowledged and walk out empty handed affects my rating and pay. I made the company that I deliver for aware about my experience and I will NEVER accept an order from this establishment nor will I ever come back as a customer service was garbage and I won't recommend my friends or family to this establishment.

I was excited to see that the Tampa Premium Outlet offered a poke restaurant - a healthy option where you would normally only find fast food.I tried one of their make-your-own poke bowls with ahi tuna. There was a good quantity of rice and veggies. The edamame was not the bright green like I expect from fresh edamame, but tasted okay. The ahi tuna tasted good, but the portion was pretty small - the smallest I have ever seen in a poke bowl (which is why I can only give 4 stars). The staff were wearing masks and gloves, and hand sanitizer was available at the register. The food in the refrigerated display case was covered with plastic wrap, which was nice to see.

Apparently 1 protein equals one small scoop of fish.... I have been all over the country to poke places and one protein is at least 2-3 scoops of fish and crab is a topping almost always. Here crab is a protein!? What a joke! There are two places near by in the Krates and Fish Bowl that pack the bowls and don't excuse the poor serving size by saying it's $16 a bowl because we use the best fish.... No your salmon has lines in it.... That means it's farmed.... Lai Kai Poke Bowl in Miami uses top quality flash frozen, cut every day fish and still packs the bowl for $14-16! Won't be back here. Ohhhh and they were only taking cash! Clearly signs of a business that's going under.

If you have allergies to preservatives, this is not the Poke place for you. Got a bowl with rice and salad and 2 proteins and had a reaction.
