Very good Chinese food for an Uber take out order. Chicken lomein was great!The Eggroll was also nice. Highly suggest this spot if you want a nice option for Uber eats lunch or dinner. Surprised it wasn't rated higher. Give credit wear it's fo people! :) try it, it's tasteyyyyy

I recently used Uber Eats and was eager to try their chow mein and sesame chicken. Unfortunately, I found both dishes lacking in flavor and overall appeal. The chow mein was a bit too greasy and lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. The noodles were slightly overcooked, and the vegetables didn't have that fresh crunch that's usually a highlight of the dish. As for the sesame chicken, the sauce was bland which overshadowed the savory elements, and the chicken itself was a little on the dry side. The dish didn't have the crispy texture I enjoy in sesame chicken. While the staff were polite and the ambiance was pleasant, the food didn't quite meet expectations. It's possible that others may have a better experience, but I was hoping for more from both dishes.

Pretty mediocre Chinese-American food.This review is for delivery via Door Dash. Plum Tree was an add-on restaurant after my main order from Manila Eats. The food from Manila Eats was picked up quickly, but there was a delay in getting the food from Plum Tree. Not sure why.We ordered the pork fried rice, the steamed dumplings, and the steamed broccoli. Nothing was good. The dumplings were too sweet, and no one in my family liked them (other than the dog). The fried rice was overly salty. And the broccoli was undercooked. Only the broccoli could be fixed by me by additional cooking but everything else was irredeemable.We won't be ordering from here again.

I feel for the price you get a lot of food. I have had the food delivered and walked to the restaurant and hot and fresh each time.

Decent Chinese food on Davis Island. Ordered a variety of items, they were all pretty good, nothing special. I was tho disappointed on the general tso tofu, I felt like the sauce was not the "general tso" I expected, and the tofu wasn't breaded, very thin/dry. Orange chicken was pretty good! Pepper steak was mostly onions...

The food is good sometimes. It wasnt the last time, it was pretty dry but the portion size (back then) approx 6 months ago was normal. I gave them another try and the food was good, the beef noodles came in a bowl that was soo small 6 inches across and about 1 inch deep with 2 egg rolls that were about the thickness as a kindergarden pencil WTHs going on? They were just two fries on steroids! Just over $13 bucks for a serving that should have been about $7 and sold as an appetizer. I'm over them, NOT GOING BACK! I'll drive further to Kennedy Blvd and get a dish worthy of my travel and a tip -even though i'm making the drive- Plus, they're not even nice or even kosher towards you when you enter their business - another Turn-Off. Also, the front dining area is never clean, its just... just an entry way, I wouldn't call it a dining area, I wouldn't dine there. And shouldn't that little girl who's always running the register be at home enjoying little girl things like the internet, her little friends, and studying? Maybe its just me but when I was six or eight years old, I was playing with friends after school or on the weekends.

I haven't tried the food, but I extremely love the vibe and the attitude of the service here.

My family and I eat plum tree probably once a week or two. Great food,prices and workers! If you want Chinese food than go to plum tree. Order an egg roll and there chicken broccoli meal!

This is the best Chinese food I have found in south Tampa. They don't really have a dining room so it's take out Chinese but food is always hot and good sized portions. The family who runs this are very sweet and the service is great!

We haven't had Plum Tree in awhile, but we are so glad that we ordered from them this week. Everything we had was delicious! The food was ready quickly and was hot when we got it home. We will definitely be ordering again soon.
