Ploy Thai offers great service and a welcoming ambiance. Despite being located in a nondescript plaza, the interior is beautifully decorated, giving it the feel of a nicer restaurant.We started with the miso soups and crab rangoons. Both were delicious. The rangoons had a pleasant surprise--a hint of curry sauce inside, which added a flavorful twist. The miso soup was hearty and more elevated than the typical version, making it a perfect way to start the meal.For our entrees, we tried the Panang curry and the crispy duck. The Panang curry was outstanding, and I'd definitely recommend it. The crispy duck, which was heavily promoted around the restaurant, looked great but unfortunately was extremely dry. It didn't meet expectations, especially compared to the rest of the meal. Overall, I highly recommend giving Ploy Thai a try. While the crispy duck was a bit of a letdown, the rest of the experience more than made up for it!Oh, and the Thai iced coffee was fantastic!!!

We ordered out on uber eats, so it took about an hour before we could actually eat it after it was prepared and YET, it was still delicious!!! I really enjoyed my pad thai, and I'm very picky on my Thai food. I got it Thai hot, and it had the perfect amount of spice! I really liked the amount of onions they had in it and the flavor was on point! I ate the whole thing in one sitting! We also got the basil fried rice, which were loaded up with vegetables. I thought the dish was okay, nothing incredible, but still good for its price point. The price wasn't outrageous (esp on Uber eats with the added surcharge) like some of the other Thai places ($15.95 for pad Thai, $12.95 for basil fried rice) so I will definitely be ordering again!

Ploy Thai has gorgeous interior design and great branding (they have t-shirts). The food can be hit-or-miss depending on what you order. Nothing bad per se, just little things like oversalting or dilution. The service is excellent.

We went there for lunch but ordered dinner menu and was very disappointed with the service and the food. We were seated without the menu and had to call the server. The green tea was warm not hot and my cup had dirt in it and I ended up not getting the tea and was still charged. We ordered medium spicy on both of our dishes and did not get any spice on it. The food tasted no good and the noodles were slimy and over cooked. Not a good experience!

Couldn't decide on what we wanted for lunch. Then thought about having some Thai food so went to my trusty Yelp site. Yep, Had a good lunch at Ploy Thai. Spring rolls very tasty, I would dare say the best I've tasted. I had the shrimps in Ginger Sauce with veggies, really good and flavorful. Hubby ordered the chickens fried rice hence the three stars and not four or five. It was not that tasty on its own. He had to add a good amount of soy sauce which is not good. To much added salt. Decor is lovely and waitress was very nice and polite.

Ploy Thai is ALWAYS delicious The Panang seafood curry is the best I have ever eaten the staff are amazing and welcoming The atmosphere is romantic The desserts are equally great You cannot go wrong with this restaurant and all their dishes. I wish they would bring back the sushi chef My only negative is they no longer have sushi on the menu They did that perfectly as well
